so I bought three meters of white opaque fabric for cosplay but now I want to do a hetalia cosplay instead any ideas how to use all of this white fabric not stretchy

I have white fbric paint and i want to make a blue symbol on my shirt but i only have white fabric paint, its really expensive to buy non puffy fabric paint so I was wondering if i could tint or dye it blue and with what. thanks so much for your help
