I looked up US Presidents' powers, and this is what it says: The President is the commander of the armed forces. He may also call for the opinion of his cabinet. He may grant reprieves (temporary delays in punishment} and pardons (complete forgiveness of a crime and its punishment).

American 'Tenure of Office Act', a federal law use to prevent US president from removing public officials from office. The Act denied President Andrew Johnson in 1867 from removing his Secretary of War, Edwin Stanton. The law lasted only until 1887.

In 1926, in almost similar case, United States Supreme Court in the case of Myers v. United State ruled 'The Tenure of Office Act of 1867' unconstitutional. The court stated that the President has ability to remove a Postmaster without Congressional approval.

Here is the questions:

Are there any limits to president's powers? Is there any country that has such laws in place?

Beauty is in the eyes of beholder – realists will yes, because there is such a thing called beauty; but how can it be justified? If truths exist objectively, is, ‘the beholder’ then objective? Who is the beholder?

I know there are those so called Arab countries but not everybody living there is an Arab? Can you think of any beauty pageant of the same category that represent ethnic group, I cant think any.

I noticed in my school, only bad black boys, not bad as if there were something, but mostly the hip-hop type only get white girls and black girls included. Even in the street mostly black guys who go with white girls are thugs type. Is there anything white girls are avoiding or aren't they attracted to well dressed/smart black guys?

I'm going to audition to theater performance program in College, and in their process they asked me to "do an entire play" (from existing plays only) in less than three minutes. The called it a "self presentation" and they are no details of structure or whatsoever. They just say please do it, base on your own understanding of the word "do an entire play" I understand that doing an entire play take several hours, and there are multiple characters.

Since high school, I have had a problem getting a black girl, I think black girls dont like me because I'm not ghetto enough as compare to most of my black friends. All my friends black and white praised me that I'm smart, I love to be like that. but again I found that being like that is troublesome to find a black girl in my school who are almost all ghettos. I'm troubled right now, do i have to dispose all my clothings and buy swag so I can be like my other homies? I'm black guy and I believe in fostering my black babies. I really love black girls, i wish i could be with black girl one day. But seriously i'm in trouble never been with a black girl for ages, and now i'm losing interest in my black girls over other races. I Need help. now i'm off from high school, and going by September for my sophomore in university. and I want do this like a revolution, change my appearance completely from my high school style to swag. I know this is little wired. I'm trying to order a car from Japan a mini bus of about 15 passengers. But something bugs me is the thing they say on the ad. when I look at the car (mini bus) it says 15 passengers, when I look at same car may be on different site, or even on the same site, it says 5 seats, or 6 seats. Are these seats refer to actual seat (like a sofa) that is divisible to 2 or 3 persons sitting space?

Okay, someone decided to ask me a question on my formspring.me (a question asking site) asking why do many black men (specifically) dark skin date 'average' looking white girls over a beautiful sophisticated, beautiful and talented black women who is preferably darker complected. I gave an answer back giving my whole opinion and thought and all and someone posted a whole opinion not too later after mine answering stating: "my opionion why we date white girls, asian girls, and mexican girls is because no one wants a blurnt *** ***** and all the other races look better honestly no black girl looks good". Now obviously the guy follows my formspring because I don't post my address often at all so how else could he get it and the person is probably on my friendslist on Myspace who probably goes to my school. And if I wanted to I could probably do a process of elimination considering the fact that I don't have a high status number of friends and even at that a high number of actually black guys as friends on my list. So my questions to all of you people who totally disagree with the person said is: Why in the hell would this person say such a ignorant stupid thing? Where does this come from? ????

And here is what I think?

Mainly because of love, if you love somebody and they love you back why would you stop loving them?

The other reason is because those black beautiful and talented black women have ego, They play hard on black guys. and they tend to take it serious as like long term relationship, and you know men sometime hate to commit into relationship so earlier. Once black woman is talented, an average black guy can no longer fool with them, they take it seriouse, and nothing like just for fun. This make black guys turn to other races.

There is assumption by some black guys that other women are a lot easier to get than black women, and many black guys will agreed. I my myself. And also dont forget there are women from other races who just love black guys.

Another reason why black guys will also go with women from other races, mainly white is because of legal issue. sometimes law play hard on young black guys, and this will make life hard for young black guys, sometimes they cannot get things or just being denied because of the law and the race card. Having a white woman will therefore serve huge importance in their lives, because if they denied, they will not deny to white woman.

And lastly, most black guys than women will say, "I dont see color" This is my opinion sometimes to black guys to deal with legal issue is to mingle (intermarriage), Whence you have mixed people (let say black and asian) in your family it means that both of your families are being drawn closer to either race, black and asian. And at point we'll have friends, asian friends and black friends. And what is going to happened next? we will learn about each other, from each other, the commonality among us, and what make us better, I think that is what they mean by "better world"

Really, I never had any of these; bleacking, baking soda, Whitening or crowning. I never use one; but I think there are some niceity into it. Giving you that sparkling and nice smile. But one thing that I want to know about these dental activities is the effects that they might leave on your teeth. I don't know about this, but as I've read some of the Yahoo answers I developed this question, can any of the above dental work leave you a sensesitive teeth, and how long can this sensetivity last?

Now question about crowning, how does crowned teeth feel in your mouth as compare with the rest? To crown usually involve taking some part ot your teeth then they refill it with something (I forgot) isn't a crown very breakable then as you see with other teeth? Can crowned be sensitive to hot and cold stuff?

I have a used computer, and the previouse onwer who had it at first had installed his Username and password as an adminstrator. so I can't install any thing or internet because it requires me to logon to continoue. Is there any way to disable this setting or to eliminate it completely so that I can set up my onw password and username?

Need help here> I need to know about these cards, Prepaid Card, Secured Card, the Annual Fee thing and how one of each card is different from regular credit card(s); such Visa card, capital one or master card. I understand abet how other (above) credit card(s) work. Just got one a few days back, but I still didn't use it yet.

And also about repayment, I read some of the questions from this Yahoo answers thing; but I did not get it exactly as I wanted. Like repayment options, as I am going to use my credit card, I will need to pay them back as fast as I can.

but what I don't get is; since it take a about 30 days for a person to received a bill from these credit card companies, so how a m I going to do this?
