  • I need help in locating three books?

There are three books that I would like to know the

titles and the names of the authors, please.

The first book is about three or four young boys, they

find a medallion with a dragon carved on it. Since

the boys found the medallion together they decide

to share it. And as each boy has possession of it they

have strong vivid dreams. What I remember most are

the dreams of the Chinese boy and the Welsh boy.

The second book is about a girl who meets a new boy

at school, he is quite strange and goes by the name of

W.T. He teaches the girl and her friends new "words"

which are actually gibberish and he steals from them

the real words that they know. The boy as it turns out

is actually an alien and his initials W.T. mean Word Thief.

I loved the ending. When after the girl and her friends have

defeated W.T. (his full "name" was W.T.3) one of the kids

ask, " If he was W.T.3.I wonder where W.T.1 and W.T.2 are?

And the third book takes place in England about three hundred

years in the future. England is in a post-apocalyptic world after

a devastating war. There are two children (a boy and a girl) who live

in an orphanage and except for a bully they are for the most part content.

A new boy arrives aged 14 and he has no memory of who he is or from where he came.

He was found wandering at the age of seven and had been raised in another orphanage.

He feels that he has to find out who he really is because he senses that it

is very important. So after the bully kills the young girl's pet squirrel they decide

to leave and they do so late one night. The new boy finds that he has powers such

as the ability to make himself invisible.

As the two children and the teen travel across a bleak and desolate Britain, the

teenaged boy has an accident. And the two children fear that he is dead but no.

The boy starts to laugh and then the kids are afraid he had addled his brains.lol.

But the reason he laughed was because he finally remembered who he really is,

...he is MERLIN! He had had a run-in with Morgana and lost. And since he couldn't

remember who he was,he couldn't control his aging backwards and so ended up as

    a seven year old boy.

He and the children have a climatic battle against Morgana and Merlin kills her then

they go to wake up Arthur.Arthur is unhappy to hear what had happened to Britain while

he slept and he didn't want return. But Merlin and the children plead with him and so

he agreed to come back.Arthur,Merlin and the two children return to bring new hope to

    Britain and the world.

I believe that these three books were published in the early '90's and if you know the

titles and the authors names please tell me! I have been trying to find these three

books for ages and it is more than a little difficult to locate books when I don't recall

the titles or the names of the authors. :\

Please help and thank you. :)

  • Is Hannibal like Dexter? Or is Dexter better?

What I mean is...Are their motives somewhat similar

or does Dexter have more of a moral compass than

Hannibal? I just can't see Dexter killing someone simply

because the person happened to piss him off like it would

    with Hannibal.

I would also like to know if Dexter would kill Hannibal if he

    found out about him.

I've been watching the tv show Hannibal and I personally

think that killing off "rude people" is not a good enough excuse

    for murder and cannibalism. lol.

  • The Agency of Anomalies:The Last Performance?

My question concerns the character Gerard?

I would like to know if Gerard was a real person

or if he was an alternate personality of Patrizia?

I've already played the game twice (I have the CE),

and I'm still not sure if Gerard was real or not.

And if he wasn't real but an alternate personality of

    Patrizia...couldn't he emerge again?

    Thanks! :)

  • How can I keep my cats off the stove?

I guess my babies like sleeping on the stove

because its warm. But I am tired of having to

keep shooing them off and cleaning it.

I tried vinegar and water which worked at first

but I think they've become used to the scent

and now they're back to sleeping on the stovetop.*sigh*

So do you have a natural cat repellent that works?

    Thanks! :D

  • What is the name of the beetle that feeds on corpses and then afterwords they devour each other?

I heard of a type of beetle that is often used at the Smithsonian,

which is used to strip the flesh off the bones of animals that will

later be used for exhibits. When there is no more meat on the bones

the beetles start to eat each other. The scientist simply called them

'Corpse Beetles'.But I have found that there are many different kinds

of insects that feed on the dead. But the ones that I saw at the Smithsonian

were big and black and they had large pincers. So if you know what kind

of bug I am describing please give me its name! Thank You. :)

Oh,depending on the size of the corpse the beetles can strip it

bare within a couple of hours or so.:)

  • Does anyone know the title of this song?

I've heard it being played a few times on the oldies station

('70s &'80's) but the DJ never says what is the title or who

sings it! This is what I remember from the song lyrics,

(Traveling faster than the speed of sound,To whom it may

concern,I looked around and she was gone.) I've already

tried the websites for song lyrics but I haven't found

this one. So if anyone knows who sings this song and

what the REAL title is is,I would be a very happy camper

    indeed. Thanks.:D

  • What was the name of the Indian tribe here in the US that...?

The Indian tribe I am thinking of was I THINK living either in

North Dakota or Minnesota. The most particular thing about them

was that they (the men) treated their womenfolk so abominably

that the women actually resorted to killing their daughters at birth

rather than subject the girls to the living hell that was their mothers

lives. I read about them but have long since forgotten the name of

that tribe. I also believe that that particular tribe no longer exists (no surprise

there if it is true). If you know what tribe they were please tell me. Thanks! :D

  • Why is St.Paul considered to be more important than the other Apostles?

So much so,that what he wrote is called the Pauline Doctrines?

I know he didn't have much good to say about women, which men

down through the centuries have latched on to.

But why are the other apostles pretty much ignored for him?

Is it because they don't say negative things about women, too?

I am very curious about this. Thanks.:D
