Yesterday a warning that my computer could be at risk and was being attacked popped up, from Antivirus System Pro; it told me to install the protection. I have had this before but from a different source and it was just after cash apparently. Now I am getting windows open without any searching or requesting (all porn sites) and a constant reminder to download the antivirus thing. I have checked my Macafee security thing and it is all up to date and says Im protected. I have looked in 'all programmes' to find the Antivirus pro and remove it, but it isnt there. I have tried a system restore (3times to seperate dates but it just says it cant restore it, after going through the motions. What else can I do to get rid of it?

Hi peeps, my Sky was up the swannee on Sunday but Im sure the week before they said it wasnt on. Was it a normal episode on sunday or was it the special?

and every time I go on facebook, without me touching a thing except the 'home' button for my page, at least a dozen tabs open, willy nilly, and honest I havent asked them too! Then the whole thing freezes whilst each tab loads facebook, and it takes me ages to close them all. So dear readers, how do i stop it? Ive looked on all the buttons I can but cant find anything useful. Aidez moi! Merci

I have this little pawn shaped thing on the bottom bar of the screen which says Windows Messenger, and I know I can talk to people who I add. But.. is this the msn that people ask me about or is that something different? And yes I am quite old before you ask. We didnt even have calculators when I was a kid so I reckon Im doing ok!

Im trying to delete a programme from my PC but all that happens when I press 'remove' is it tells me there is an exec. problem and the programme has to shut. I cant do anything on the programme when its open it just freezes. Its Sonic Stage, and it wont let me read songs on my mp3, wont play or transfer them. What can I do? Please remember - words of one syllable! Im of an age you know. thanks

They tell me I cant get any child support for my daugter cos she doesnt live with me any more. I knew that already cos shes 21 and moved out ages ago. I have never had any child support off her dad. Is this kind of efficiency the reason the CSA have such a bad reputation? Or do they just have a backlog?

Been to the doc this morning. Migraneous symptoms he says - first step is to cut out cheese and chocolate for a week or two. As I said to the doc, thats my favourite two food groups. I do know how to eat sensibly btw I just love a nice piece of cheese grommit.

I have been taking it a while, but this scared me! What can I take instead? Something herbal or on prescription?

Since I joined Answers I have started getting millions (well lots) of e-mails from all over (esp USA) offering free stuff (for which I have to apply for a loan, book club etc). My e-mail address is .co.uk so isnt it obvious I cant apply for US offers as Im not a resident? Is it a coincidence? (Plus I hate the way they use my first name as if we are old mates!)
