Im male, 5'11, 148 lbs, 15 years old... Im trying to gain muscle mass and go to the gym 4-5 times a week for an hour a day. They say that when trying to gain muscle weight, you need to eat more. How many calories should I intake a day when working out? Thanks...

Nate Thurmund played for only two seasons with them and his number got retired. LeBron played for 7 and he had a great time with them. Shouldn't they retire his number sometime in the future after they get over him leaving??

I only have room for one more in my deck. It is between Solemn Judgment and Trap Dustshoot. I don't like the idea of getting Solemn early in the game because I'll lose a lot of life points early in the game, but with Trap Dustshoot, if you get it when your opponent doesn't have 4 cards or more, its a dead draw. Which should i put in?

The point of the deck is to summon out Gadjiltron Dragon by destroying Geartown or i can summon monsters more easily from my hand. Its sort of like a beatdown deck but can also get some OTKs with it. Let me know how i can improve the deck.

Also is Future Fusion worth having in the deck just to summon one monster? The deck doesn't really revolve on Ultimate Ancient Gear Golem so should I take it out? Thnx for the help.
