iF YOUR FITNESS TEST REVEALS A DISABILITY ARE YOU FIRED????

During a pre-employment physical,physical with physician, I

successfully completed portions of Defendant’s physical agility testing, including those

requiring me to crawl, climb, and carry heavy objects.

I was then asked to perform a grip strength test that involved him gripping

an object with each hand. When I began the test with my left hand, the person

administering the test for Defendants asked him, “What’s wrong with your arm?”

Due to the small size of my left hand compared to the object he was asked to grip,

I was unable to grip the object with all of my strength. I did not realize

before I took the test how hard I had to grip the object in order to pass the test, that the

results of the test could disqualify me for the job, or that he would not be able to get his

hand around it enough to use all his strength.

After I grasped the object with my left hand, the person administering the test for

Defendants left the room and then returned with the doctor responsible for my

physical examination. The doctor looked, asked me to perform the squeeze test with

his left hand. I explained that he had been working offshore for five years with

my left arm and hand in the same condition. The doctor responded, “You failed your

physical,”

I did not disclose my disability, because I never needed to in all 5 years offshore...

Company's response was that I was fired for lying....not my physical disabilities.

My disability was misdiagnosed as Peripheral Nerve Disease. I googled it and found no relevance to erb's palsy. Can the doctor also get in trouble for misdiagnosing a disability

They tried to take the stove and caused a gas leak, and I could have lost my family and my house!!!! We had to pay 2600 for a restoration service to fix it. Theres still alot of work to be done.Our homeowners insurance policy has a 5000 deductible limit per occurance. They wanted us to pay for a percentage of the deductible too.the claim was filed on Nov 20, 2008 we havent recieved any offer letter no information We are keeping good notes.There is a statue of time limitation for a claim right???We are tired and disgusted and need help!!We feel we should not pay because it was the neighbors damage initially that led to ours

There are screwed up people in all cultures; as well as good people.You never know what connection someone may have to help others

Basic checks were preformed:

1. Fuel pressure ok

2.Fuses ok

3.Air ok

4.Cannot get a spark from the plugs

with a twin distributor system how could Both coils go bad??

OR could it be the 2 ignition modules took a crap?
