I found the same model faceplate on ebay but I am not sure it would work. Any suggestions.

every new steel building going up has a small tree on it. I know it has something to do with the iron workers because when they are done the tree is gone. Any idea what it means?

I recently adopted a dog from a rescue shelter. He has a wonderful demeanor and is housebroken for sure. He follows the family everywhere we go except into the basement (finished). We have carpeting down there and it is well lit. As a family we spend a lot of time down there and wish he would join us. He only lays at the top of the steps and refuses to come down even with coaxing and treats. Any suggestions?

My MTD snow blower is only 2 years old, starts right away, engine revs well, auger turns...then chokes up even with powder snow. There is nothing caught inside it and it has not been abused. Do I take it in to a repair shop or leave it on the street and let the snow plow run it over? Any ideas on how to make it run better? I live in the Chicago area so snow it a regular occurence.

According to the vet and the x-rays my dog, a 105lb. Rott Golden mix has a tumor on his leg. The options are to amputate, or let it go and manage the pain and say good bye when it gets too hard for him. He is currently full of life and energetic. He hide pain very well which makes it hard for me to know when he needs help. My question is, do I really consider cutting off his leg and hoping he gets better and manages for who knows how long? Do I manage his pain and enjoy the time I have left with him. I don't want to make him miserable and both options have potential to cause uneeded pain. Any advice? I am seeking a 2nd opinion so please do not suggest that. I am looking for opinions from those who have been through this.

Just asking....it's a little frustrating.

I have a Bosch front loader and when the wash is done it beeps to signal it is finished. I was wondering if anyone knows how to make it stop doing that other than opening the door. I understand it does that so you don't forget to empty it but sometimes you just can't get there right away and it annoys the heck out of you until you do. Any help?

While cruising at 3mph on the highway I started to notice smoke coming out of my exaust when I tapped the gas. Seeing this I immediately got off the highway. After exiting and since then I have not noticed any more smoke. Also it was hot out, the car leaks oil and has 145k miles. I take very good care of all the internal components. Any suggestions?

Every year around my birthday I get depressed about getting older. Any suggestions that don't involve, drinking or drugs?

and made me kind of ticked off. I did not make them look stupid or embarass them in anyway. What is the deal? How long am I allowed to stay angry and not break "man law".
