Hey. I just started a sort of diet lol this monday and i want to know how does my meal for today measure out, or fall short, etc. I am 23, not very active get out maybe 3 days a week and am 5"2 160 lbs. detail (optional)Im trying to lose 15 pounds and in preferably 2 mos or less. I did cardio workouts on TV tuesday and wednesday, each day i worked out for about 25 minutes and today i jumped rope for 30 minutes. I never really drink soda. This week ive cut out regular juices and am drinking crystal light and water

This is what i ate today:

Breakfast: 1/2 cup Oatmeal

3 pork sausage links

(worked out 2 hours after eating breakfast)

snack: orange

what im eating for Dinner: round steak

canned leaf spinach

scalloped potatoes

and after dinner i may eat cheez its or yogurt, bc im always hungry few hrs after eating.

Ok somebody evaluate my plan please, suggestions, tips, any feedback is appreciated. Thanks guys

Im going to try and make this as short as possible. I had this guy friend, we knew each other for like 2 1/2 years and we were pretty cool. We are both attracted to each other, and we both had feelings at a point...blazay blazay lol. One day we decided to take it a step further and have sex, which was a big no-no (3 mos ago). btw im not a lil kid either, 22 years old lol . Anyways, there was a chance of me being pregnant cause condom came off. The following day after we had sex, everything was cool; We talked and he was telling me how he really values our friendship and all this crap. The next day he sent me the most hurtful text. He told me that we shouldn't be friends anymore and he didnt want to talk to me, and having sex with me was a mistake. Also, that he is going to be deleting my number etc etc. I was like wtf, and asked him wtf had happened,i felt it was cause he was acting like a lil boy and was scared he got me pregnant. What he told me was, some stuff has come to his attention and i haven't been completely honest with him. When i asked him what he meant, he said he doesnt wanna go to details and after that we never talked again. Now 3 mos later, he sent me a facebook message and said that there was a big misunderstanding and that he wanted me to text him because he owes me an apoogy. MY thing is, i dont feel i misunderstood anything. He clearly told me how he felt I told him that anything he wanted to say, he could it say it on facebook. He said he would prefer i text him (keep in mind this is the same fool who said he deleted my #) I said: "Why should i text you and you're the one who wants to explain yourself and apologize?!" After that, he just said "dont worry about it" and i didnt write anything back to him. What was the big deal in him not wanting to say what he meant over fb or not asking for my # again so he could text me? Afterall, im not the one who ****** up. Should i even reply back to message? I still want closure and to know what happened; However, i would feel stupid texting him when im not the one in the wrong. IF he's truly sorry about it then he would tell me by any means possible. I am so scared, my vagina has been very dry and red lately. It started getting a little irritated like a little over a week ago but it wasn'tunbearable. So i thought it ould go away. Plus i have been getting recurring yeast, and BV since i was 16 and now im 21. My doctors never said anything about it being abnormal or anything. So anyways, this week i started taking penicillin for a toothache, i think i took all of 6 the entire week. Soon after,my vagina starts feeling even worse...hence it was already irritated. I know that im def not trippin, a guy friend of mine texted me sayin i want you lol now this is def. sexual isnt it? then im like what...he is like you read it right...im like wtf naw u cant...then he was like give me reason why i cant have you...i told him i dont have to explain nothing to him, and he cant have me cus i said so. So theres this guys i knew for like 2 years now. I am in process for this sorority like group now and we meet like 2-3 times a week and have to put on a program. OMG sometimes it just feels like way too much and on monday i dont get out of class until 8:40 but i start at 3pm...I just wanna scream LOL its so hard sometimes.I dont have time to clean my room alot... its a mess im finally getting to it now. on tuesdays, i go straight to my 9:30 class from work! My gpa is ok i have a 2.9. Anyway im just ranting, if you are in a similar situation, how do you get through it. How do you stay motivated and focused?
