How can I upload or embed a camtasia video onto blackboard?
This is the first time I use camtasia and I have created a project that I would like to share. I'm doing this as part of a project for class and I need to upload it to my school's blackboard website (elearning). I have watched this video: http://www.techsmith.com/learn/camtasia/7/share-on... for help but I still don't understand. If anyone is familiar with camtasia or knows how I can embed this video onto blackboard that would be great! I can't do youtube because my video is about 20 minutes long and I don't want it to be split. Thanks in advance!
3 AnswersOther - Internet1 decade agoIs it okay if my blueberry muffin batter is blue?
I'm making blueberry muffins from scratch for the first time ever. I've been watching youtube videos of people making the recipe and their batter is always yellow, however my batter is deep purple. Does this matter? I happen to defrost my frozen blueberries.

1 AnswerHomework Help1 decade agoHealthy Dessert Recipes?
I'm doing some extra credit for my Health class that involves bringing a healthy snack to class with the recipe. I have to present an unhealthy snack, and then present an alternative to that unhealthy snack along with the recipe. For example, a regular muffin, and a new and improved muffin with different ingredients that make it healthy.
I've been looking online but haven't found what I'm looking for.
I will have to provide the snack to the entire class, so I prefer it's not something that needs to be hot or iced...
Thanks!
2 AnswersCooking & Recipes1 decade agoRental Issues. How can I protect myself?
The issues are the following:
I am a college student who has one other roommate and currently living in a 3/3 duplex. I signed back in April of 2009 to pay $900 with lawn work included. From the very beginning our landlord was unfair to us because she only charged our neighbors $750 for rent for the year for the mirror image of our duplex. Our leases are the same however our neighbors pay less. Throughout the year we've had problems with our lawn care. I paid a non refundable $300 pet deposit, and expected that the living conditions for my pet would be adequate. However, throughout the year, our grass has gone even months without mowing (in Texas!) which made it impossible for my small shitzu to even go outside and do his business. She is extremely cheap, and never once put a smoke detector in our place which I believe is illegal. She never specified in the lease about repairs, and when we've had problems with leaks, she told me several times that she would pay anything over $100. Being a college student, several times I just had my dad come over and fix it in order not to pay. Recently we had problems with our garbage disposal, (something my dad couldn't fix) so I emailed her and told her we needed someone asap, and she sent her plumber who told us that he NEVER charges her because they are friends. My landlord obviously wanted to get $100 from us, for a service that was free to her.
She has now become very aggressive and even got into a verbal and nasty arguement with the neighbors, and now she is trying to do the same with us. She is making it clear that she isn't going to refund us our $900 deposit. Our lease is over April 1st and we are expecting to recieve some of that deposit. Before we moved in, a guy who used to live here left the duplex, and left it completely dirty. She never gave us a move in sheet, and we never really asked for one either. How can we protect ourselves? What is considered normal wear and tear?
Please let me know how we can protect ourselves. From the very beginning this woman has taken advantage of college students.

2 AnswersBiology1 decade agoRaw Food Recipes for a dog with severe itchy skin?
I recently wrote about my 9 yr. old shitzu with severe itchy dry skin. He has wounds where he bites and he is losing hair, I am out of options already. I don't want to give up on him and put him down, and after my last question, I received many great responses. I have decided to raw feed my dog. I have been researching on it, and I know that I have to gradually introduce this food to him, however I'd like to get suggestions on what exactly to feed him. Tomorrow will be his 1st feeding in this manner, so any raw food recipes for a dog with chronic itchy skin would be amazing! Also, any tips to introducing the food, and how exactly to prepare the food for my little one :) thanks in advance to everyone!
8 AnswersDogs1 decade agoMy Dog has severely irritated-red skin and hair loss...any help?
For the past 2 yrs. I have been in and out of the vet with medications for my, now 9 yr. old, shitzu. Since then his skin continues to worsen. He's always been very sensitive w/ his skin. He developed very early as a puppy an ear infection (which also we have tried and used everything to eliminate as much as possible). His vet tells me that they really have no idea what else to give him--I've even switched his doctor and went other places, nothing has helped yet. All they tell me is that they believe he is allergic to fleas, and although he has always been on frontline, it of course is not helping much because as soon as the flea bites his skin the damage is done. I am out of alternatives already...I have tried everything!: Changing his food, bathing him in oatmeal shampoo, skin oils, medication. I am willing to try anything...even home remedies. I can't do this to my baby anymore, he is miserable, he no longer has any hair on his bottom and has very thin hair on the rest of his body, only his skin is showing... his skin is inflammed and he is bleeding in several areas from his excessive biting.Any ideas would be of help, although it would be devastating to me to put my baby to sleep--that might be my next option, I think he's suffered enough...but I don't want to give up on him.
Thanks in advance!

2 AnswersFashion & Accessories1 decade agoHow do you report government assistance fraud?
I know of a couple who are construction contractors and are receiving thousand dollar weekly checks separately and are not reporting this job to the government. Individually they are also receiving government assistance and federal aid, this angers me because there are many more people that need it, plus that is my tax money!!
I am looking online for how to report these kind of people, but can't find any numbers or proper websites....does anyone know of who to contact? ...a website or number would be great!
2 AnswersOther - Politics & Government1 decade agoMy Dog has severely dry skin, what can I do?
I have a small shihtzu that has always had ear infections, the vets say it's yeast. Now he has severely dry skin. He is always scratching to the point where he's left his skin red and bitten very badly (we have made sure that they aren't fleas/mites). We have taken him to the vet, and they continue to prescribe us the same medicine, that doesn't work. We've also changed his food, and it doesn't work. We've bought prescribed shampoo that contains oatmeal and it hasn't made difference. I'm not sure what to do anymore, I'm just very worried because my dog is starting to lose hair in the areas that he bites on so much, and the vets continue to give me the same treatments that don't make a difference!
