I am in the state of Texas and was wrongfully terminated by my former employer last year. I was awarded Unemployment benefits. My former employer appealed that and I won again.

I have obtained a lawyer for legal action and we're in the "Discovery" phase after filing. One of the question my former employer has for me to answer is: What attempts have I made to find a job, how many search contacts have I made, and WHERE have I applied.

Isn't this illegal too? First off, I'm not giving them this info. They can get the job search count from TWC and I am not supplying where I have applied because that is a right to my privacy. What do you think?

I would like to get some good equipment. My computer is about 20 feet away from my kitchen so any equipment that needs to be hooked up to the computer might not work. Any suggestions?

I work the 2-10pm shift and I am relieved at 10pm by a black lady. I am white. I've been on this new job for about a month. She has never been on time to relieve me. There is this 8 minute rule that goes like this..if someone is late but gets there at 10:07 you don't get overtime until it hits the 8 and the person still gets their 7 minutes. After the 8 minutes past 00, 15, 30, 45 you get .25 for every increment. Anyhow she rolls in 5, 6, 7 minutes late everynight. She gave me attitude one night when I wrote down I left at 10:08. Her supervisor relieved me Thursday night an hour late and I told him that I not only work fulltime, I'm a fulltime student and would appreciate if his staff would relieve me on time. Black lady was 5 minutes early tonight. I signed out at 9:55. She had the nerve to say, "Where are you going"? I told her I signed out at 9:55 and walked out before giving her a chance to say something. Is this racism or just jerky?

We have never been on a cruise before and we really don't know what to pack. There's a formal dinner night that we don't want to go to because we're on vacation and the last thing we want to do on vacation is dress up or be around people who are dressed up. Is there an alternative dining option for us?

I have been with my man for over 10 years but he's driving me away by hounding me for sex all the time. When I mean all the time, I mean every effin hour we're around each other.
