I HATE doing cardio, so I think if I try something fun like martial arts, I'll be able to get through it, is that true? I'm pushing 30, so I want something that a beginner at my age will feel comfortable getting into. I want something that will really help me tone up and define my muscles. Also, I have mild asthma, so I can't really keep up with super strenuous exercises. Any suggestions?

It's a huge pet peeve of mine, especially when they are seemingly simple words. So, what do you all think? Is it as annoying as I think it is, or am I being too picky?

I've seen a few extra large pick-up trucks with these plates, and I can understand that people might need these for work, but now I've seen a couple SUV's, like Suburbans and Escalades with them. It's wrong!

We got a great deal on strawberries at the market a couple weeks ago ($1.98 for 10 pints!), so I froze them thinking I could use them, and now I don't know what to do with them, aside from making a million smoothies.

I've only used it a few times, but the residue from the beans just won't come off. I've scrubbed it with one of those "no-scratch" sponges, and I can some of the bottom nice and shiny, but the rest of it just won't come clean! Are there any special products I can use without damaging the enamel?

Hay una programa que occure en Grecia, Costa Rica, por dos semanas, donde me puede practicar mi espanl por viviendo con una familia, y tambien sacar clases sobre trabajar social en espanol.
