I'm getting a parakeet tomorrow and he/she is only 3 months old. I've already gotten the box though so should I just put it in there already or wait until I get him/her a partner and they're old enough?

so I'm getting a parakeet that is about 3 months old. I know I can't breed it yet, and that I can't tell what gender it is yet, but it's hand raised so it's all good. Anyways, I plan on breeding it in the future. I've gotten an 18x18x30 inch cage. It has 3 perches (one that came with it. it's just like a dowel. and two real branch perches) it has a swing with texture on it so the nails will stay trimmed, it has a little plastic ladder with beads and a mirror. it has a mirror hanging from the top with two little perches on it. it has a rope toy with a bell on it. a cuttle bone. a water and food dish. and spray millet. i also have a nesting box and i was wondering if it's okay to put it in now or if i should wait until im going to breed him/her? Please let me know! and give me any advice.

i've just ordered this cage on eBay (http://www.ebay.com/itm/220986798125?ssPageName=ST... so until it arrives, i need to go out and buy my supplies... so what all will i need? The cage comes with 2 perches and 2 feeding dishes. i already have a water bottle thing. i know i will need;

-Food (duh)

-cuttle bone

-some toys

am i missing anything...?

is this cage big enough to fit a breeding pair of budgies? im only getting one for now, its a baby, and once i can sex it and once it is old enough, i will buy one of the opposite gender and will breed it. so i need to know if this cage is suitable for a breeding pair. :)

so my hamster was found earlier and we thought she was dead. we went outside to bury her and foudn that she was still breathing. my sister thought it was wet tail because there was a pretty good sized puddle on the hamster wheel, but her butt was not wet, although there was some poop stuck to it. when we saw her breathing we brought her inside and rubbed her to try and wake her up. she has moved a couple of times and twitched and is still breathing, but she is not responding. i pulled back her lip to check her teeth and they looked like this (http://i40.tinypic.com/2mgw6c5.jpg). so i dont know if she is starving ebcause her teeth are too long or if she slipped into spontaneous hibernation. can you please help me?!

My newish Sims 3 PC game constantly shuts down once I've played on it for a couple of minutes. At first it did not do this, but recently it has been going to a black screen and then it will just stop working. Is there anything I can do to fix this? I've updated everything on my computer but nothing seems to be working.

For my PC and today when I got online, my guy character was stuck on an action. I tried canceling it but it didn't work. He just stands in one spot and will not complete any other actions and he keeps losing his needs. Do I just let him die? Is there any way for me to fix him?

Ok so I'm going to a costume party tonight but I don't really have a costume. It's 1:00 now and I'm leaving for the party at 5:30, I'm going to Walmart soon so I can probably get a few little things to add to it. I'm a girl, so nothing stupid, and keep it modest please. Please give me some good ideas!!!!!

Does anyone know where I can rent a large pontoon boat in or near Chattanooga, TN? I've found two different 30' double decker pontoon boats quite near my home, but they're a bit pricey. Both are $300 for a full day, which is what I'd need. Does anyone know of where I can rent one for cheaper than that for a full day? Please let me know. :)

What time is "midnight" in the UK? (In the eastern time zone)

I have two Betta pairs. A Blue Crowntail pair and a Red Veiltail pair. The female Crowntail has a really fat stomach (Got all this fish 3 days ago) and the male has been blowing bubbles. Not a bubble nest really, but there are bubbles all around the perimeter of the tank. I'm planning on spawning them in a 5 gallon tank. (It's the largest I have, and I've done it successfully before so don't tell me it's not large enough.) Are the Crowntails ready to spawn? Also, should the spawning tank be bare? No gravel, decorations, or anything? Tell me EVERYTHING. Lol, I've done it before, but it's been a while, so i can't really remember. X)

I have a 2 gallon tank and I'm going to take in a male Betta, an African Dwarf frog, 3 Ghost Shrimp, and maybe a mystery or Ram's horn snail. I can only keep them in this tank (2.5 gallon, hexagon, tall) and I can move them to a 5 gallon later on. Then I'm adding a school of 5 genetically modified micro-tetras. (Cardinal tetras rreeeaalllyyyy small) and that's it. I know it's not overstocked (I've checked, and I've been keeping fish for a long time) so don't tell me it is, the betta is super small too, and won't get any bigger. (3 yrs old) The snail I can replace when it gets too big as well. So, if you have any ideas for substitutes, let me know. :)

I'm planning on getting a 5 gallon tank, and stocking it with a gorgeous double tail half moon Betta (It was a reject since it had both genes) I want to add some other fish, but I don't know exactly what yet. Any ideas? I'll add some plants and hidey-holes in case the Betta decides it's hungry. X) I want something colorful, but no neons because of the inbreeding thing... :)

Any advice? She may or may not be pregnant, and I've done thorough research on the internet of how to care for pregnant cats (if she is, she got pregnant within the last week) but I want some advice from someone who has experience. Please don't preach to me about how I should spay her and abort the kittens, and don't tell me it's not abortion. In my book it is, and I don't believe in it. I know what the complications can be, and the responsibility involved in having a litter of kittens and a pregnant cat. Okay, last year, (about May) me and my friend (friend #1 we'll call her) and I discovered that her nest-door neighbors refused to fix their cat, so it frequently had litters in their shed. Well, me and friend #1 are ginormous animal lovers, so we couldn't have that. They made little to no effort to find them homes, so we rescued them. This first litter was special, the mother would feed them, but she kind of abandoned them in friend #1's yard. We took them in and raised them on milk replacement. Now, these three young girls are all in happy homes. Charlie and Sophie live with friend #1 and werefixed practically the day they turned 6 months, but Lily lives with friend #2, and she hasn't been fixed yet. (They haven't had time, the parents both have full time jobs, so yeah.) They've been meaning to, and thought that it couldn't hurt to wait a little longer, because she's less than a year old, right? Well, they were wrong. At the beginning of this week, she went into heat unexpectedly. Well, we think she did because she's been acting abnormally, and the other day friend #2 said that she had run into their garage yowling, and a huge tom was chasing her. What is your opinion? This started last Sunday or Monday, and it's still going on kind of. Do you think she may be or get pregnant? (Also, aborting the kittens through spaying her if she is indeed pregnant is NOT an option, so don't even mention it.) I want as many details as you can give me, and if you have some questions so that you can answer MY question more specifically, please ask, and I'll add some edits.
