  • Why does my male cat smell the other male cat's butt?

I had a male kitten who was about 10 weeks(!) when I first saw him humping my other male cat who was a year older and neutered. The first time I saw it I was watching TV and the kitten was kneading my other cat who was sleeping, I thought how cute...but then I saw the kitten climb on his back and moving up and down and I was like ...NO WAY!!!.. so I got up and took the kitten off of my cat who was still sleeping. And when I looked I saw the kitten's little thing :O

Every time my cat was sleeping I would notice the kitten trying to go hump him, so I would say No! and he would run and hide other the bed until he thought I wasn't looking and try again. Sometimes he would even talk back to me when I said no and then run and hide. I was scared to leave my precious cat alone with the kitten in case he might try it again so I decided after two weeks to give the kitten away. Unfortunately the person gave me back the kitten. I can understand why, he has his own mind and hardly ever listens. When the kitten came back home he was again good friends with my cat but I kept them apart as much as possible when I wasn't home. I had him neutered when he was 8 months and now he is two and the other cat is three years. He has since I got him also been sniffing my cat's butt, so far I haven't seen him trying to hump him since he was neutered (but I think he would if he could). The sniffing is still going on when he is close to my other cat I would see him smell his butt and then push his nose under his tail to be closer to his butt. It really annoys me and even though I tell him no, he still goes ahead and wouldn't stop unless my male cat notice it and chase him away or he sees me getting up to move him away. So how do I get him to stop and why does he do it?

  • How and where can I paste my print screen shot on my mac book pro?

I just got a new mac book pro, so I'm new to mac. I figured out how to make a print screen shot, but now I don't know how to paste it. I just made a print screen and I really want to paste it somewhere, normally I would use PAINT on my old laptop, but mac doesn't have Paint. I tried downloading paintbrush for mac but still can't paste my screen shot. And I can't make a new print screen shot, it has to be the one I just made.I need to know with which program I can paste it in. Open office didn't let me paste it either.

  • How long does it take for my cat to stop peeing blood?

Monday my kitten(nine months) was outside and was in an accident. I think he was hit by a car. When I found him outside he was hiding behind a gate and had blood on him. I checked him out and all I could find were broken nails. I cleaned off the blood but when he went to pee I saw blood in the litter box. I took him to the vet and he got two shots. The vet told me that there's something wrong with his bladder and if it doesn't heal he can die. He gave me 20 tablets (antibiotics). Tuesday my kitten got his first two tablets, every day two tablets. It's Thursday now and he has had 6 tablets. I'm really worried now because he is still peeing blood. I think it's less blood than before but I'm not sure. He is still peeing a lot. If he stops peeing he could poison himself and die. So I make sure he gets plenty of water and I also give him cat milk. And add water to his food. I stopped giving him dry food and bought the canned cat food. I also clean out his litter box as often as I can. I know he shouldn't have been out, because he is still a baby, so I blame myself:(

I just want to know what are the chances that he will make it. And if he stops peeing blood does that mean his bladder is ok? And how long will it take for him to stop peeing blood, days? weeks? months? My vet doesn't really speak much and didn't tell me anything. I thought my kitten would make it and I didn't really know what to ask when I was there. Now I am very worried, because my kitten is gotten thinner and still peeing blood.
