We're both college freshmen who didn't know each other before the end of August when we moved in. He has a girl friend at Penn who he's been dating for almost two years. He's really really smart and gets great grades and is really charismatic and social and knows how to talk to everybody and knows everybody and knows all about everything. He flirted with me intensely for the first month and a half of college (not slutty I want to sleep with you, but telling me everything about everything and hanging out for hours everyday and everything). And then these last two weeks he's totally changed and he barely hangs out any more. He still comes to visit occasionally and will respond to texts, but I could easily let it go and see him rarely. Does he just not like me at all anymore or what? And if so, what do I do to remind him what he liked me so much for before? Hmm... ?

I wish I knew the top songs, inside jokes from TV, what's going on in pop culture, etc. but I don't really know how to go about learning all these things while still having the time to do all the nerdy things I love. I'd like to add that I'm not a social nerd or anything and I do have friends, haha.

I have a fat crush on this amazing college freshman. I am also a college freshman and we live near each other. The first couple weeks of school we totally hit it off and hung out together all the time. There was even "innocent" touching (none of the bases or anything, just like holding hands and standing close and leaning on each other). He told me all sorts of secrets and just stuff in general and I totally fell for him: really smart, funny, ballsy, cute, social but also nerdy, etc. The problem is that he has a girlfriend of two years who is all the way across the country at a really good school as well. He was totally open with me about this relationship (it's an open relationship, but they're still together). So I told him no closeness because he has a girlfriend and he was fairly good about that and we'd still hang out lots of the time. I still really like him. I don't think he's being a jerk/using me although my girlfriend from home who has never met him isn't so sure. He hasn't been as close recently but I still really like him. Advice for how to get him? Advice for action steps? What do I do next?
