My house is vibrating. It is especially bad on the 2nd floor. My yard also has a very faint vibration to the ground as well. It has been vibrating for a couple of hours now. It feels like a very faint earth quake but I live in Southern Louisiana in the US where earth quakes are not very common. Anyone have any idea what this could be? Who should I call to report the problem? Thanks.

My best friend of 15 years has declined to be in my wedding party. Her first reason were finance issues. When I offered to pay for everything she then claims that she is on wedding over load because she just got married herself. Our weddings are almost a year apart. Ever since her wedding announcement, she's been a completely different person.

She then continues on stating that I want pay back for all the effort that I put into her special day because I went above and beyond for her and made sure she is happy; and that it's the only reason why I am upset. It's not the case. It's about being able to share and celebrate my special day with my best friend. It's different when she's just a guest. I want her to be able to stand next to me and sign my wedding papers with me. I feel like she doesn't care about my feelings. She didn't even want to answer my phone calls. She told me this news via txt message. When I try to call her, to talk about it she ignores me. :(

Sadly, I feel like our 15 year friendship will be coming to an end. I don't want to loose my best friend. Am I over reacting?

I have a 2 year old pekingnese. He is very well behaved. It did not take long to potty train him to go outside. However, there are times where I will not be available to bring him outside when he needs to potty. He refuses to potty on the potty pads in side the house. He will potty anywhere if he is not able to go potty outside. Any tips?

My 6.5 months old pekingese is having behavior problems. He is potty trained to go out side at 4 months. He knows not to potty inside the house. While i was walking my dog the other day, a woman drove by and told me that it is illgeal to walk my dog on other people's lawn. I walk my dog on a leash and i scoop up the poop. I never let my dog destroy anything in other people's yard. I don't see anything illgeal in that action.

It is not like i walk my dog in other people's yard on purpose. I can't just walk my dog in the middle of the road because of the traffic. In my neighberhood there is no side walks. The parks around here dose not allow animales. Plus my dog loves the feel of grass.

Ever since i got my puppy, he's always hated puppy food. I've tried various canned food, dry food and even foods that are maked for "picky eaters".

He doesn't really eat that much. Only enough so that he won't starve. He has no problem with his treats and human foods such as (carrots, rice, eggs... etc). He's just a picky eater.
