On the reality singing show Rising Star, there is interactive user voting that gets a voter to 70% to move on, but can anybody explain to me why the voting percentage only goes up? If people can vote no, then the number should sometimes go down, right? I can't possibly conceive why it would only go up. Somebody please explain this.

After installing updates, the only audio that works for me is on youtube. If i try to watch an online tv show, for example, no audio comes out. How do i fix this?
