Which is the best? any tips?

My first homecoming is in a couple weeks. What am I supposed to wear?! I'm about 5'3 but I am very very skinny. Also what should I do with my hair? I have a pixie cut right now is that okay?

I really want to get a pair of cute jeans and as much as i love 7 for all man kind and guess jeans, they are really not fitting my budget. so expensive!! What are some good high quality jeans that aren't too expensive. I am 5'3 and and am a 00 or a 0 ( 23 or 24 ). Also don't suggest A&F or ae i am not a big fan of their stuff.
