What do you think of this skirt?

It looks like very good quality, and very versatile. I don't think it would be too much for that skirt, it also seems to be vintage, so I'd say it's almost a steal.

Yes, too much money. You could buy a name brand skirt for that price or lower. And if you like that style buy a pattern and some material and make it yourself, that's a very simple made skirt.
