I am going to a friends bat mitzvah in manhattan in about a month. Suggestions? I generally shop at quirky stores like american apparel and yoox. Don't suggest preppy stuff like abercrombie. My budget is under 70 dollars. Thanks!!
I have no problem shopping online. American Eagle and Nordstrom are too preppy.

eh Macy's is cheap and cute
or try Modcloth.com, their stuff is super cute/quirky/vintage BUT it's an online store so you run the risk of the item not fitting when it reaches your door
