Yesterday I felt fine, I went outside and swam in my pool. But at around 9 PM I felt inflammation in my throat and I started to get light headed. I felt sick and couldn't sleep. After I woke up I felt better. This happened a couple other times where I was felt good and then got sick at night. Why do I only get sick at night?
