    I mean consider the evidence :-

    1.It`s raining so he is filmed holding that traditional Libyan implement the brolly or as they say in that part of Tripoli - los Parasolos.

    2.He starts with that time honoured Arabic greeting to camera of "Hola mi amigos , como esta usted ?"

    3.His chauffeur is heard to say "Thees way senor Colonelo" in what is a little-used dialect of Tripoli. ...

    Now they allege he`s fled to Venezuela - I`m NOT convinced ... the evidence speaks for itself my friends !

    Is there any doubt ?Can he bve anywhere BUT Tripoli ? LOL
