Every year around October, our landlord makes us resign a lease taking us through April. We are looking to move December 1 and were planning to give our 45 day notice in October. However, I was reading our lease and it says, "tenant shall not be allowed to move through the months of November, December, January, February, or March." Can they do that? Why would she have us resign a lease through the winter if this was stated in the lease? Any help is appreciated!

My wonderful kitten has a heart murmur and I am nervous about getting her fixed. Are the risks serious enough to look at other options? Or should it be okay?

I get a knocking noise when I back up and make sharp turns. It only seems to be in the front right part of my car. The car place replaced the steering rings (if that is what they are called) and the steering rack. It helped but the problem still comes back. Any other advice?

I live in a townhouse and when we moved in our landlord told us not to put our TV against the shared wall with the neighboors because they will be able to hear everything. We put it on the wall next to it, well our neighboors didn't when they moved. I can hear everything their TV spits out and since they are younger, their music shakes my walls. What to do?
