  • Electric Shock..Help?

Today I was fixing a camera which did not have batteries in it. However, I touched the copper on the camera and an electric current went through my thumbs and out through my tongue. (Like an idiot I had a metal hair thingy in my mouth) I am aware the that even with batteries the voltage would have only been 9V, however, I am worried because I could literally feel the shock go through my body, this went on for about 30 seconds until the metal hair thing dropper from my mouth. I have white charred looking blisters (it looks as if I had a blister and I tried to burn it off and then washed off any black). My husbands an electrician and he says I will be fine. As much as I want to find this reassuring I can't help but worry. Anybody ever experience anything like this? Any advice would be helpful.

  • A few questions for the Native American Culture?

I am writing a paper on the Native American Culture and have a few questions I would like to ask about stereotypes.

    1. Do you still face stereotypes today? If so, please tell me about the stereotypes and how or if they offended you?

    2. Do you wish you could change this? If so, how do you think this could change?

    3. In your own opinion, where do you think some of these stereotypes originated from?

    4. Has stereotypes affected your life? If so, how?

  • To Wake up as a man? ( men are free to answer)?

I'm wanting to know...if you woke up as a man..what are the things that you are happy to do or to have do for you now...that you would hate to do as a man. For instance, it is normal for a man to open the door for a woman and as woman we love it..but if we were a man it may get pretty old to open the door all the time.

Men....my question to you is....what to you do for the ladies that they absolutely love but YOU absolutely hate doing?

  • What hardships have you experienced as a teen mother?

I am writing a thesis paper on the hardships for teen mothers. If you have had a child (past or present) when you were under the ages of 20 years old, this question is for you.

What I am looking for is what types of hardships did you experience?

Do you think your child suffered more than children from older parents?

Was there anybody that helped you and guided you? If so, who?

These are just a few questions. However, my paper is titled Struggles of a Teenage Mother. So if you have a story that falls under there please share. Thank you.
