  • Compiling C using Command Prompt not C or C++ IDE?

    Situation :

    Installed Visual Studio 2005

    Written C source code using notepad (Hello world)

    Wanted to compile using command prompt not VS2005 IDE

    Can anyone provide me the whole command that is needed to compile and run the hello world program in "Command Prompt not by using any IDE" ?

    Wanted to know how C is compiled and run :-) something like java javac Hello.java then java Hello. How is this done manually in C ?

  • AMD TL? QL? RM? what does this mean ?

    Hi i was just about to buy a AMD based laptop and then I noticed that there are several AMD based processors such as AMD TL...., AMD QL..... and AMD Rm.... so what is the difference? Doe's this mean anything? Please help, your reply would help me alot. Thank you in advance.

  • MAC OS PANTHER DRIVERS?

    Hi a friend of mine gave me this iBOOK G4 and it is preinstalled with MAC OS X 10.3 and i wanted to reformat the laptop with the same os. But i had never formatted any laptop with a Mac os, so my question is if i reformat this laptop will i need to find the drivers like those in windows os or is it all drivers provided in the Mac Os X cd's? and all those applications like calculator, word pad, or typing utility eg. MS word and others inside the OS PANTHER CD? or we should find and install it seperately? thank you in advance.

  • usb error or motherboard ?

    Hi, someone gave me this pc and everything is fine except the usb port at the rear is not functioning. When I opened the case I saw two 1500uF 6.3v capacitor bulging. So I replaced all 8 capacitor as said in Badcaps. But still no difference, so I tried disabling the onboard usb device and tried the pci usb cards and the freezes before entering window (Windows boot screen) after somehow started the pc the pci card was not listed in device manager. What could this problem be ? How am I supposed to overcome this ? Thanks
