Letter does not state what the money is for or how long ago it was borrowed i have never borrowed money for 15 yrs i don,t no what its for the letter just says i owe money and that they got my details from another creditor. Sent email saying i don,t owe now they wanting my name age and telephone number so they can contact me what should i do next ?

i had a flashing glow light and i was lacking power so i changed the glow plugs and this didnt fix the fault what can be wrong with the engine ? its a 06 year ford transit tipper

I have Samsung 42 inch tv ps42q7hd when I plug in I get the blue standby light flashing but cant turn tv on, screen is black there is no clicking noise and I have lost the remote is there something wrong with tv or do I need to find remote to work it as I have tried turning it on with the buttons down the side and nothing any help would be grateful

I had a self employed guy working with me but no longer works with me there was nothing on paper to say he was contracted with me for 3 yrs he now says I have to write a letter to say I terminated his employment so he can claim unemployment benefits I don't think I should as he was self employed and should be paying his own tax stamp and insurance he used my van and tools to do his work what do you think ? do I have to write a letter for him or not ? p,s I have found out he did not pay his tax and insurance and he didn't even register as self employed in all this time what should I do

i lost my mum 4 yrs ago and now my dad is ill he owns house outright was wondering if he dies or goes in to care would he loss house or would it be passed on to the the remaining family like me and my brother and sister i live in the uk i was told by a friend that if we put dad into care they would take the house off him to pay for the caring for him. Mum told us all before she died when dad dies we were to sell house and split between us my dad is not fit to write a will or anything now what can we do to better this ?

I have a papilon dog he having trouble with his tail it wont stay curled up and when walking him he having trouble trying to poo this has been going on for about 2 or 3 month now had him at vet for xrays and nothing showing up he is 10 yrs old im worried about him and with his tail down he gets dirty at the back and when i try to clean him he yelps and tries to run away any help would be grateful thanks

i just recently got my house broken in to and lots of cash stolen from safe he was the only one that knew where and what i had in the safe he said he got nothing to do with break in BUT i have my suspicion and i would like to know if there any way i can get in to his mobile phone from my mobile without him known to see if he is lying to me and has set it up to get someone to break in to my house can anyone be able to help plz ?

i borrowed money from my bank for new windows with payment protection insurance i have now been sacked from work and the insurance wont cover me now the bank are threaten to take my house can they do this as i own my house which is payed out right ?

i have just changed the head on my vauxhall vectra i need to put new timing belt on thing is how do i lock the flywheel so i can get the botton wheel off to put the belt on does anyone know how i can get it off and also is there any marks to set the timing on the botton wheel ? p.s its a vectra 18 16v yr 2000 .
