Is there a way for me to check my luggage all the way to its final destination if I buy 2 tickets?
I know the title is a little confusing but here is what I want to do:
I want to fly from city A to city E but I can save over $500 by booking the A-D leg on one airline and the D-E leg on another airline. Is there a way for me to check my luggage from A-E or do I have to claim and recheck my luggage at D (that's where I'll be going from one ticket to the next)? This is an international flight is it matters.

Is it just me or does this sound just a little hypocritical? If a candidate really felt as strong as he/she did about a given issue it would seem to me that it would be a better idea to support it instead of capitulating for the sake of his/her party. It makes you wonder just how strongly the issues matter to candidates in the first place.
