How does the relativity of time and the accelerating expansion of the universe affect the predictable decay of radioactive isotopes, such as those used for carbon dating?

Ive been training pretty hard for the past couple months because I'm supposed to ship out on May 15th. I had some tingling and aching in my leg, and my chiropractor told me I had torn a miniscus. It's been healing well, but I don't know if I'll be ready next week. What will happen if I go to bootcamp and it doesn't stand up to the pressure? How hard would it be to get some sort of delay until it heals?

I don't have the connector to download on my pc and then move it to the phone. When I access yahoo's website on my phone, they incorrectly identify my phone as a cingular 3125 - and will only let me download Go! 2.0. Is there another website where I can access the 3.0 file directly from my phone?

My phone's ringer has gone out, and the screen makes a buzzing sound, so they are sending me a replacement phone. Do you know if it will be an 8525? In the past, on phones that were covered with insurance, they would send something 'comparable' which often happened to be something better. I'm hoping for the same case. = )

I would venture to guess that it would.

I've gone through MEPS and had my physical. As soon as I get a waiver approved (for a drug paraphernelia ticket I received several years ago), I will be ready to find a job. I really wanted to be a linguist or EOD specialist, but because of my waiver I now know I can't get any job with a SECRET security clearance.

What are some great jobs I should look at? Most exciting? Right now my next choice is probably infantry.

I scored a 99 on the asvab, perfect vision, good hearing, etc. I have 65 hours in college as an economics major.

It's a heavily used Model 3000. It has a pistol grip and folding stock. I don't know what other modifications.

Do you know what range I should pay for this item?

I'm a 22 year old male. I recently started regular strength training in the gym. I've been doing great for about 3 months, but recently I strained my back somehow.

I hadn't trained for a day or two, and I was about to go running. I ran up the stairs to my apartment, twisting in some weird way, and got a sudden pain in my upper back. I ran that day anyways, and it seemed to agravate it a little.

My back was pretty tender, achey, and stiff the next several days, especially in the morning. It's gotten much better in the past 2 days. I usually feel it in the morning and it goes away completely by the evening. It's been probably a week and a half since this happened, and I'm very eager to get back in the gym.

Is it okay for me to start training again? Maybe just cardio, like the elliptical would be okay? Or leg exercises? Or do I need to wait until it's completely gone?

I need help from someone experienced in this area!

This is the extra credit problem for my business calculus class, and I need some help at least pointing me in the right direction. It seems like it should be easy, but I don't understand exactly what it's asking. I know how to do higher order derivatives, but I don't know how to put that into a formula. Any help is much appreciated!

I am trying to text message using T9/ predictive text. How do you find different words?

Bestbuy is doing the installation. They told me later model GM vehicles, like mine, require a $120 adapter to install the radio. When I went to find a cheaper one online, it seems you only need the adapter to keep your "door chimes", which I don't really care about. I called back to make sure w/ bestbuy, and they told me again that the adapter was required for installtion. Does anyone have experience with this? Do I HAVE to have this adapter? It's a 2005 trailblazer with crappy factory radio and onstar (i don't care about retaining the onstar either) Thanks for your help!

I live in Mansfield, TX. I was at a bonfire this new years which was quickly shut down by the fire department. We were told that we were not under a burn ban, but that no outdoor burning was allowed here in Tarrant Co. at nighttime. This sounded a little ridiculous to me, and I haven't been able to verify it. A 300+ lb t.v. fell from about 6 inches or so and landed on my foot yesterday. It hit right above the big toe mostly on my foot. Now my foot is very sore right above the joint to the big toe, and my foot and big toe are swollen. Is there even anything that can be done for this if I were to go to the doctor? I was probably going to get it x-rayed today, and I was wondering if there were any potentially serious problems I should be worried about finding?
