After installing a new cartridge my black ink will not print. I have rebooted, cleaned the cartridge, installed another cartridge and double checked the installation. What else can I do?

One of our family members in LDS and does not get along with my wife and me. We have suggested getting counselling to resolve the matter, but she says they do not believe in that. Her response is she will "pray to my God" and that will take care of it. As a faithful Protestant, we have been praying, but believe God used people to help us resolve our issues. We have trained counselors for that purpose. But apparently Mormons do not. If this person is wrong about her beliefs, who do we go to at the local stake to have her corrected?
