I hear people say you need to fast in prayer, what does that mean and is it more powerful than just normally praying?

I am learning html because I want to design my own templates for my eBay listings.

I have designed two templates so far that I plan on using on eBay.

A few questions I have are:

Once I get the template I like, do I just need to save it on notepad or do I save the entire template with my hosting service.

Also once I design the plate do I have to keep storing the images, animations, backgrounds, etc. w/ hosting? I'm thinking if I delete the images in my photobucket account I will end up loosing them from the templates I designed?

Last of all I would like to add strolling to my templates, how would I do that? And same for music.

I started drinking Mt. Dew about 3 yrs. ago. I have found myself to be addicted to it and am trying to stop. I hear it causing major weight problems along w/ other health problems. I tried quitting cold turkey and ended up having withdrawls and passing out. I went to the Doctors today and he told me I need to gradually got off the Mt. Dew instead of quiting cold turkey. I am 5'9" and weight 180, 3 yrs. ago I weighed 140 (before the Mt. Dew). My Dr. told me to cut down to 3 cans a day for 2 wks., than 2 cans a day for week 3, 2 cans a day week 4 and from week four get completely off. My question is after I am completely off what is the average weight lose a person will loose?

I have been having numbness in my feet and legs for the past 3 weeks. Also, I started my period Fri. and it stopped on Sun., I've never had this happen before and am very worried about this. What are some ways to help poor circulation? Also, what causes it? I'm only 34.
