  • How do I create a legal document?

My husband is getting ready to represent himself in a child custody modification and child support case against his ex-wife. We can not afford an attorney, nor do we "think" we need one, since she was just convicted of a felony (3rd DUI within 10 years and various other legal entanglements). He wants to use me as a witness as I have been providing support and child care for the past two years. How do we create the form/list of witnesses in the state of Florida- any templates? TIA!!

  • Can not volunteering on my off time affect my performance review?

My job offers a bonus at the end of the year, it is based 80% on your performance, attendance, length of service etc... the other 20% is based on the amount of time an employee volunteers for our not for profit organization. That's issue #1

Issue #2 is that we are doing an event in February, I wanted to volunteer during the day setting up getting things ready etc... but since I work in Finance, my boss "expects me to volunteer" from 9:00pm to 11:30 pm doing monetary stuff- I do not want to do it, I am not able to drive at night, and am usually in bed by 10:00-

Will it look bad if I say I can only do the day time shift?? It is on my Saturday/day off-

Can they "ding" me in my "work" performance review for not volunteering- this has left such a bitter taste in my mouth I feel like I don't even want to volunteer.

    Thank you all for answering!

  • For those who've had Mesotherapy, can you tell me what your results have been like? Long term?? Worth it??

I am considering having it done on my love handles- can't afford but maybe 1-2 treatments unless I put it on a credit card- which I'd rather not do... I diet, exercise- get lots of fluids and am considered "normal weight" but have a "muffin top" will this help? Is it permanent. THANK YOU TO ALL SERIOUS RESPONDERS!!

  • Is it wise to cash out my 401k to pay off my house- I changed jobs, amoritization is very high on my house!?

I recently changed job, and am making 25% less, with the money I have in a MM and my little bit in 401k (30k) I could pay off my house and then eventually pay off my cc# debt (which is about 20k, then my car which is 8k). This way I can afford to live at what I earn, and sock money away for retirement, in addition to joining my new companies 401k. I see this as a big chance to get a leg up on life. PS I will turn 35 years old in a month. Any advice would be appreciated- I just don't want to be one of those people whose house gets taken away if I loose my job or get seriously injured etc... I like the idea of knowing I will truly "own" my home! Thanks!
