I know that my friend values our friendship but when her other friend is around its like she doesn't know me or something. She always hangs out with her "better" friend but she never asks me to hang out with her. I'm ignoring her right now to see if she'll come to me for once. I'm always there for her but I don't think she's always there for me, sometimes I get the feeling that I'm her "backup" when no one else is there. I just want her other friend to break her heart in some way so she'll come to me for once! I need some advice on how to tell her how I feel because I'm not good at "letting people in" and it puts me in a very vulnerable position. What should I say to her?

I feel like one of my closest friends is betraying me in a way. I ask her if she wants to hang out and she's always "busy" but then I find out that she is always hanging out with this one girl (who I think is really annoying but she doesn't know that). We hang out at school all the time, and sometimes I feel like I'm her "backup" in case no one else is there for her. Over the summer we didn't hang out AT ALL and she hung out with that girl whenever she got the chance to hang out with her. Now its christmas break and the same exact thing is happening! She's hanging out with that girl almost everyday! I have stopped texting her for a few days to see if she'll actually come to me for once. Please I need some advice on what to do in this situation, should I tell her how I feel?

so we basically text every single day and we're on Christmas break and I told her that I miss her and she said I miss you too and lets hang out asap. the last time she texted me was Sunday morning and she's hanging out with her other friend. do you think she's mad at me for some reason. also I'm the one that always starts the conversations with her.

Also it seems like when we text each other I am always the one talking then she will respond with like 4 words like its was all normal like a week ago. Have I done something wrong? Plz help me

So I am friends with this girl and we used to tell each other everything and lately I have been texting her and she will say I am going to take a nap or something and it's like 7 pm, and right now I know she's awake because she posted a status on Facebook 2 minutes ago but she won't text me back, also when we have hung out when we are about to leave each other I will say ily and she will like change the subject to something completely random.
