2 AnswersBiology8 years agoWhat is this file extension .mo that appears on my pc when I transferred data from my Nokia N73 a while back?
I had videos, pictures, songs on my N73 a while back. I transferred all those data from my phone to memory card and gave the phone away because it used to freeze. I kept the card and recently transferred it to my pc. I expected a lot more pictures in that folder and Im sure I did transfer everything before giving the phone away. While searching to find other files I found a file " autoplay.mo " thats more than 300mb !! that's a lot of memory (in terms of valuable information) so I assumed that my missing files are inside it. I tried google searching what is .mo files and for file opener but couldnt find anything helpful. Nothing relates this file extension to my Nokia N73. What is this .mo file? how do I open it and view my other files?
1 AnswerSoftware8 years agoHow exactly does the Dye primer sequences reactions occur (the principles behind it)?
Please mention the steps as if you would do it in the lab. Just the principles behind it would be good. I have tried google and found this "With dye primer labeling, primers are tagged with four different fluorescent dyes. Labeled products are generated in four separate base-specific reactions. The products from these four reactions are then combined and loaded into a single gel lane or capillary injection (see Figure 5). Dye primer chemistries generally produce more even signal intensities than dye terminator chemistries. Labeled primers are available for common priming sites. Custom primers can also be labeled. Four-color dye-labeled reactions are loaded onto a single lane or capillary injection ". That was from http://www.appliedbiosystems.com/absite/us/en/home...
I didnt understand that description and would appreciate if someone could explain that paragraph together with their knowledge or other sources that makes it easy to understand and visualise.

1 AnswerChemistry8 years agoCould you please help me by explaining the following text from the bible?
"And I the Lord will cause them to eat the flesh of their sons and the flesh of their daughters, and they shall eat every one the flesh of his friend." - Jeremiah 19:9
"Behold, I the Lord will corrupt your seed, and spread dung upon your faces, even the dung of your solemn feasts; and one shall take you away with it." - Malachi 2:3
"Then you shall eat the offspring of your own body, the flesh of your sons and of your daughters whom the Lord your God has given you" - Deuteronomy 28:53
"The King asked her, 'What’s the matter?' This woman said to me, 'Give up your son so we may eat him today, and tomorrow we'll eat my son.' So we cooked my son and ate him. The next day I said to her, 'Give up your son so we may eat him,' but she had hidden him....The king said, behold, this evil is of the Lord." - 2 Kings 6:28-29,33
"Samaria shall bear her guilt, because she has rebelled against her God; they shall fall by the sword; their little ones shall be dashed in pieces, and their pregnant women ripped open!" - Hosea 13:16

7 AnswersReligion & Spirituality8 years agoMy question got deleted here on religion and spirituality why?
I havnt asked anything bad or against the rules. All my questions are according to the rules. I can't even view the question that was deleted! Which son of a gun did that !! What does it take to get a question removed? What if a person misinterpretted a question? Do I get to appeal ?
2 AnswersReligion & Spirituality9 years agoCan you provide an answer for this?
You are travelling down a country lane to a distant village. You reach a fork in the road and find a pair of identical twin sisters standing there.
One standing on the road to village and the other standing on the road to neverland (of course, you don't know or see where each road leads).
One of the sisters always tells the truth and the other always lies (of course, you don't know who is lying).
Both sisters know where the roads go.
If you are allowed to ask only one question to one of the sisters to find the correct road to the village, what is your question?
9 AnswersReligion & Spirituality9 years agoThe most hated question by theists?
Two children of god, who were all tangled up in their reckoning of the days of the week, paused on their way to school to straighten matters out.
"When the day after tomorrow is yesterday," said Priscilla, "then 'today' will be as far from Sunday as that day was which was 'today' when the day before yesterday was tomorrow!"
On which day of the week did this puzzling prattle occur?
