Okay my fiance, a handicap room mate, and I lived in a 2 bedroom town home for almost 2 years. We always paid our rent in a timely manor and if our private landlord came to collect and we were short some of the money we would drive it out to hear 20 minutes away. Everything started to go wrong with the apartment after a year and a half, our pilot light went out and we couldn't get it to re-light during the winter she even came out and tried to light it for 20 minutes with no success. She stated she would have someone come out soon to fix it but no one ever came out. We ended up having to get personal space heaters just to make it through the winter. Then when summer hit we realized that our A/C wasn't working anymore. We told her about this as well and she had someone come out and give her an estimate which was for a new a/c because ours was not fixable. She claimed that his estimate was too high and was going to get another one. No one else ever came out to look at it. We ended up purchasing 2 window a/c units just to get some sort of relief from the heat because at this time i was 5 1/2 months pregnant and miserable in the heat it being 90+ outside and 100+ in our home. Also our next door neighbors ended up moving out and my fiance helped her move everything out, he found out that they had bed bugs which scared us because our homes were adjoining. He told her that she needed to exterminate for them but she denied that they had them even though we saw the bugs. She started showing the apartment right away without exterminating and my fiance would warn the potential renters of the bugs. We ended up getting the stupid bugs and had to throw out all of our furnished items. We called the city on her and she finally set up extermination, we were thrilled even though all of our stuff was gone by this time. Come to find out she had only paid to exterminate for fleas because they were infested there too. Our room mate had taken off on us without any notice by this time which we informed her of. We got into an argument with her right before the 1st of august this year and told her we would start to pay into escrow and she told us she didn't want us living there anymore and that we should move. Then 3 days later we received in the mail that she would be raising out rent $100 starting that month. She was trying to push us out. So we didn't pay that months rent we stayed there almost to the end of the month and received a 3 day notice to leave the premises and we started to get our things together because we didn't want an eviction on us. We found another place which is a lot nicer and an actual apartment complex ( no more private landlords). We had almost all of our items out but a few big items we were waiting on getting a truck to move that stuff. 3 days after we had moved almost all of our items out we got a truck to move the rest and when we arrived at the apartment our locks had been changed. We hadn't went to court yet over this eviction we were not set out by a sheriff or bailiff. We called the police and got a police report and the cop said as long as we didn't break anything and were able to get in then it wasn't against the law for us to go in and remove the rest of our items. When we got in we realized that the paper work about the heat and a/c issues that we had were missing along with the steam cleaner I had just purchased so as soon as all of our stuff was out we could clean the carpets. We got everything we could fit into the truck out but had to leave some items behind that we chalked up as a loss because we couldn't leave the home unlocked while we moved the items from the truck to our new place. We went to court 2 weeks later and she claimed that we were still living there but we were ready and told the courts that she locked us out and that all of our stuff had been removed and we were no longer living there. She also claimed that we didn't have a room mate even though we did he had a separate lease and was mentally handicap and received ssi, disability, and food stamps for himself and the state of Ohio had his address and how much he paid in rent and his copy of the lease. The eviction was dismissed. Now she is taking us to court over damages about the heat and the a/c. I don't know what to do. Was she allowed the change the locks even though we hadn't been evicted (no where in our lease does it say she can change the locks)? Can she do that and still win the court case? Can we tell the judge that items from our home were missing including documentation of what she is trying to charge us for? Can we get her for the bed bugs that infested our furnished items which had to be tossed? Can we also get her for lying to the last judge about not having a room mate when we clearly had a room mate? I am not sure what to do I am 8 months pregnant and am extremely stressed about this situation.

So first off I have been with my boyfriend for 6 years since I was 16 and he was 18. My mom and him do not get along all the time and butt head often. But almost a year ago now I got pregnant by him and I was so happy, nervous, excited, and scared. The first thing I did was tell my mom because I didn't know what to do and I wanted advise from my mommy. But the first things out of her mouth were, "You shouldn't announce this to people because your early in your pregnancy and you'll probably have a miscarriage." That may not be exactly what she said but pretty damn close. She didn't ask me how I was or how I felt she just to me seemed like she didn't care at all, which hurt really bad. I mean the first things out of her mouth were about me having a miscarriage, that's screwed up I think. But I did end up having a miscarriage which was mentally and physically just painful and a horrible experience. I kept it from her for awhile because she just seemed like she'd be happy if I'd have one. But when she found out she still didn't ask me how I was or anything and my mom and I were pretty close before this situation ( oh and we work together at the same business 5 out of the 6 days a week I work she is here and she is a manager). But my dilemma is that now I am pregnant and I didn't tell anyone, not even my mother about it. But I am now 18 weeks and I found out I am having a little boy :). Jon(my boyfriend) and I are so very excited and happy about our new addition and cant wait for our December Christmas baby to arrive!! But I don't know how to tell my mom. I am worried about her reaction that I waited so long to tell her but I also want her to know that she really hurt my feelings with how she acted when I told her I was pregnant before. It was not the correct reaction or words to say to your only daughter whom comes to you for advise and information and I felt like she just pushed me away. IDK I know I am just going to have to be honest with her and tell her that she hurt me by saying what she did and not even caring when I did have the miscarriage, it just makes me think she is going to shunt away from my son. I am just nervous. Scared. IDK just need some advise idk if this is even really a question it was really just a place I could vent what I was feeling and not having people judge me... thanks so much :)

I own a 94 Honda Civic. The other morning on the way to work i noticed that the back drivers side tire was making a rubbing noise, i thought i was just going to have to replace my brake pads. Not the case, break pads are fine. My e break is locked only on the drivers side back tire only. I do not know how to release the hold it has. Please any thing will help thank you.

Nothing fried or really heavy. Also I am at work so it has to be something I can easily get, not make.

I don't have the slightest clue what I should study while im in college. I am 19. Also I am in my third quarter at a community college and i have just been taking basic math 102 and english 102. I have also taken a speech class. I could probably take a science class too if i actually put my mind to it. But I just have no clue what field to actually go into. I am good at math and i guess writing is okay now. In high school for 2 years I took a tech class in Marketing. I liked it but I just don't want to go off with that's the only thing I want to do and not check out anything else. Any suggestions would be helpful any field or major. I am just trying to get ideas of what's really out there.

ok my ex and i never really broke up on purpose or anything. He was my high school sweet heart and we were together and happy for the longest time. but then he moved to a different state to go live with his mother. We tried to make it last for as long (almost 2 years apart) as we could but then the relationship not really stopped but we both kind of moved on but still loved each other. Well i ended up getting with this other guy and we were together for 3 years and we recently broke up over stupid none important pointless stuff. But come to find out like 5 days after me and my ex had broke up my high school sweet heart had moved back into town and we have been hanging out and its just like old times. I always dream of my high school sweet heart even when i was with my ex but i just dont know what to do. Because i feel bad for my ex because he is tottally in love with me and i dont want to hurt him and i care for him very much and all of his family. But being with my high school sweet heart has made me so happy and i would love to have a relationship with him its just he doesnt well not want one but hes leaving for the marines soon and he just doesnt want to be tied down to someone and be off in another country worry about what might happen to me. I just dont know what to do, i am happy with my high school sweet heart but im sad that i am hurting my ex. But my ex never trusted me and always doubted me and i have always felt like i could never just really talk to him openly about everything like i do my high school sweet heart. I just know that if i try to be with my ex (b/c i still care for him majorly) i will always feel like i screwed myself with maybe the chance of me and my high school sweet heart getting together, but then i feel if my high school sweet heart doesnt end up staying with me then i will have just screwed up two things and lives i could have had. I dont know what i am really asking i just need advice, help, idk. but in all my dreams with my high school sweet heart the butterflys start going and it just feels so right that he is there, just like it feels when we are actually together, i just dont know what my dreams are saying or what i should do. help!!!!!

Ok i have had the name Kylee for my first girl picked out for like 8 years. Well my older half sister who lives in another state, who i dont see very ofter, who was supposta name her baby girl kaylee named her baby kylee at the last moment. I have been so sad because i have always loved that name but i do kinda feel awkward if i would name my child the same thing. I also like the name Keylee and other unique names not used often. I dont know what to do would it be okay maybe to change the way i spell the name. IDK we share the same dad, but he has never even seen my niece.

Okay i have a pair of black Roxy flip flops that i got from a Carnival Cruise and well the straps are fabric and white and they say roxy on them in black writing. I am just wondering how i can clean the fabric part of the sandal really good without hurting it because they are my favorite sandals.

now i am very light toned and i burn very easy. I want to know how long i should start off with and how many weeks i should go? Also waht kind of before and after lotion stuff i should use? I am moving down to Florida from Ohio and i want to get a good tan before i go down so i dont burn like i always do, so i want to get tan before i go.

because i filed with turbo tax and my taxes got denied. it says your stuff may be wrong so i went back to make sure all my stuff was filled out right but everything was spelled right and im trying to e-file it directly into my account, could that be the problem?

Over aim does anything save onto the computer for future findings. Like picutes that i sent out do they save or sent ims or reseved ims do they save anywhere on the computer?

Its a 7 sided star crack right in the middle of my windshield and two cracks on one side go out bout 6 inches from the edge of my window. and then directly on the other side one crack totally goes to the edge of my window and then the crack right underneath the one that goes to the edge goes out and down and is now cracked and about to meet up with the crack that's all the way to the edge. saying if the cracks meet up and make a mishapen circle will my window fall out due to pressure while im driving?
