Can you build quicker credit by paying off more than the minimum payment or paying the minimum payment?

Is it possible for a car to be given a salvage title for a 'fender bender' accident? Also, would you buy a car that had a 'fender bender' accident?

I'm a new user of credit. I just learned some stuff about "deadbeat" credit card users. Credit card companies hate "deadbeat" users. I'm a bit confused, how can someone pay off their balance without interest? It's confusing to me.

What do they mean by paying it off in full?

Like if I had a credit limit of $1000.

And I spent $150 that month. Do I just pay $150 or $1000?

I'm a student who is trying to apply for a credit card to pay off for some school supplies. Since I have no FICO/Credit score, if I try applying for more than 1 card and get rejected, will it hurt my "credit" score, even though I don't have one?

If the credit company gives me a limit of $1,000. And some people are saying not to over spend "30%" or "10%" more than the limit.

What do they mean? Is there a limit you can spend on a card every month?

If they are referring to the Credit Limit the card company gave me, wouldn't people be smart enough not to go over?

Here is what I am looking for in a car and need help. I would like in a car:

Budget is $15K

2002 or Newer

180 HP +

Prefer a German/European Car, Then Japanese, Then American.

V6 would be good! 4 Cylinder is fine I guess.

Decent Fuel Economy.

Oh and Automatic please.

Okay. So here is what could have happened and I need to know, if I did this, and if Police came, then who would be the one in more trouble?

I'm 18 years old and don't have a fire-arm license, but my dad has one and I am near his gun. I was playing an online game with my cousin and my uncle wanted to play too. He came into my room and asked what I was doing and I said,

"I'm doing a quest with Ed. After we finish, we can all meet up and do another quest."

Then he says,

"Oh okay good! Cause I am cleaning up so I'll see you guys then."

So about 30 min passed and in the game, my uncle kept sending messages like,

"Come on, I got on to play with my nephews."

"I see how you guys are treating family."

So then I said,

"Alright. We will quit our quest and meet up somewhere."

Then he says,

"Na, just continue to play, its obvious you guys don't want my help."

And at this point, we did kind of need help, so I asked again but he kept giving me extremely childish responses.

I mean come on, he's a 33 year old married man with 2 children, he is complaining more than the children do. It was seriously childish, so here is what I said.

"Alright whatever, no need to be naive."

So he gets pissed and says all of this,

"Naive?"

"No one talks to me like that, I'll come into your room and kick your @$$."

"You better say sorry or I'll make you sorry."

"I'll count to ten."

So I said sorry of course only because he was my uncle and didn't want any family issues, but he has had many anger issues.

He pushed my aunt at the park and made her fall on rocks.

Then he spilled hot chinese food on my cousin .

And now this. If I pulled my dads gun on him, not loaded with safety on. Just to make him flee from my room/house.

And if the police came. Who would get into most trouble?

Alright, so here is what is going on. ALL last week, I was absent because my grandmother passed away in Los Angeles, though I didn't know her too well, I still had to attend. But anyways, I then called my friends in my classes and got the homework I missed. Like Vocabulary words, notes, and such. So I finished it before I came back to school.

After my first period, which is the teacher I tried to turn my work into, I went up to her and she was just smiling and as soon as I started to talk, she told me. "I don't want to talk to you." and I was so dumbfounded! So then I asked her, "Can I come in at lunch?" And then she replies while laughing, "I don't want to talk to you then, either."

What should I do?! I'm a sensitive person and I almost cried when she told me this. Plus, there's 2 weeks left of school and I don't want any missing assignments just in case because my college will be looking at my transcript, oh and I'm a senior if that helps.

But again, what should I do? Should I just turn in my work when she isn't looking?
