I do a little part time side job (dog boarding). I usually never have more than 3 dogs at a time and it varies a lot. I don't have a license though because I was not aware I needed one since it was such a little side job. But today, my mean neighbor who saw me walking the dog came up to me and said "I am going to report you to the ICS (whatever that is) and have a formal investigation on you because you're supposed to have a license and permit for dog boarding"
