This is for a government mock congress project;

My bill will help American veterans find jobs in the United States. It guarantees veterans a job when they return from being honorably discharged from the military. If the government does not place them in job of their studied field within a year, then the veteran will be put in Obamacare/financial aid.

The requirements: Veterans must have served at least 10 years in the military and they have to be honorably discharged.

Also, they will be put in a job where they have worked in. For example, if their military job was in accounting, their job will be similar to accounting. And if their job was nursing, then they will be in the medical field.
