I took out a student loan for about $5,000 in 2008. I have NEVER re-newed nor do I have to pay it till 2012 but upon reviewing some information, I saw that I my loan is over $26,000!! I called my lender and they said that the SCHOOL requested/re-newed 9 (NINE!) more student loans on MY behalf! Is this legal?!?! I am crying...I am so responsible with my finances...and this is a SHOCK. I know for a fact, as I did keep copies of the paperwork, that I did not CONSENT for them to have that right, nor did I sign anything saying they could do that on my behalf.

IS THIS LEGAL?

CAN I DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT?

Please..help...links, resources, anything would be helpful.

PS., I get grants so I have not taken out loans because I DON'T NEED THEM.

I've never lived in a two-story so I am unsure. I live in a 2 story adobe-style townhouse. There's 1 half-bath downstairs and a small storage room full of boxes downstairs, also we do have a garage that's under a balcony, so I don't know how safe hiding in there would be. Upstairs we have 2 bathrooms. One IS in the middle where no trees that fall could hurt us but we also have an empty room and a closet in there that's practically empty.

I'd like to buy a car soon. A Chevy. But i'd like to buy one from a local (San Diego, CA) dealership that will be closing due to the financial crisis GM is in. I know the code to remove my Interest/Music/etc. Tables & keep everything IN it. Simply, w/out the text.

I also know how to add ADDITIONAL tables in that section.

What I want to know, is how to REPLACE the Interests/Music/Heroes with other text.

When I make new additional tables, it just adds them but I don't want the original text. If I hide them, it hides the new additional ones as well. So I want to NOT see the Interest/Music/Heroes/etc., but I DO want to see the ones I replace them with.

Any help would be appreciated. I've searched & searched so i'm not being lazy, I just cannot find the darn code! :]

I had a baby about 5 months ago & have NEVER had vericose veins. They just recently began to appear. I do squats every night & now, it seems I am getting them on my outer thighs. Could all the squats have something to do with it? & what can I do to reverse this effect? I know about laser surgery but i'd like advice on something more economical. Thanks.

There is this girl I know who got married to a friend of mine & my husband. He is a Marine. They met on MySpace & she flew out here, left & then told him she was pregnant. He married her even though he's told her he "just wanted to get laid." After about 2 months, she told him she had miscarried. This girl, after a week & never having experianced deployments, extensions, NOTHING, has on her profile all this about, "Marine Wife; Hardest Job in the Corps" as if she even knows about the sacrafices we make YET. In the past, she's had other military boyfriends, as well as her friends. She just came of to me as a dog tag chaser, barack bunny & all those names. She INSISTS on talking to me even though I try to avoid her. She just really gets to me because I cannot stand woman who do that. I don't want to judge, but it just really seems to me that she just tricked a too trusting Marine into marrying her because he's in the military. Is my assesment of her off base?
