Is there bandwidth in cable to one day broadcast in RGBY to take full advantage of Sharp Quattron?
The new Sharp Quattron is coming out and displays some trillion odd colors. Do coaxial cables even have enough bandwidth to take full advantage of RGBY capabilties of the Quattron? In other words, is it even possible to broadcast in RGBY with todays coaxial cable infrastructure?
2 AnswersTVs1 decade agoSprinkler System Help!! Vaccuum Breaker Issue?
Trying to get the sprinklers going, they were winterized last fall by a professional. I can hear the solenoids working and every zone is getting the necessary 24V. The controller is working and obviously the fuse isnt blown. I even played with the 2 breaker valves in all combinations and cant get anything to flow to the sprinklers, just water out of the one test port in the breaker. This has to be a breaker issue. Maybe theres a pocket of pressure or a stuck spring, Im not sure. Any ideas on how to trouble shoot, am I missing something obvious????
Yes the water is turned on, Im plenty wet already from playing with the valves!

5 AnswersEarth Sciences & Geology1 decade agoWhat do you think about this idea for an Expressway?
-It would be privately funded charging a membership fee, maybe $1500/yr.
-It would require a rigourous driving test to ensure safe driving as well as proper driving habits that would not inhibit smooth traffic flow, ie ppl not driving within flow of traffic, merging properly etc. Test would also ensure you are capable of handling these speeds, proper hand/eye coordination.
-Age restriction of drivers between 25-55.
-Vehicle type restrictions, ie powertrain min. 225hp/225lb.ft., good tires, etc.
-Would have 5 lanes of traffic, left lane-2 120-130mph, left lane-1 110-125mph, right lane-2 100-115mph, right lane-1 95-105, enter/exit lane 85-95.
-Vehicle would be equipped with systems that monitor your driving habits and give proper access, ie black-box, failure to abide by any/all rules may suspend your access to the expressway. System will also warn you of any accidents and be interactive.
-Will have own law enforcement.
-Daily fee refunded if there are traffic jams/slow downs.

2 AnswersSoftware1 decade agoWhy ppl drive the speed limit in the fast lane?
How come so many ppl cannot understand that slower traffic is to stay to the right lanes? I understand there are speed limits but this is not what is actually happening on the highways. Therefore fast-laners get angry and start serving around which causes accidents. Higher speeds do not cause more accidents, its the difference in speeds between vehicles. Drivers in Europe understand that slower traffic stays to the right and they have less accidents with higher speeds than US highways.
