About 3-4 years ago I caught on TV a very compelling documentary on Islam and I am wondering if anyone can remember the title?

It was a British Reporter who worked for a TV Network in England. He was given a very small budget $5000 from memory and told to 'put a face on Islam'.

His journey took him to Denmark where he was interviewing Danish Muslim Teenagers who had had to go into hiding due to an attack on them by their family.

From memory there was a brother and sister, the sister had been dating a Danish boy, they were walking down the street together when a car pulled up with their Father and Uncles in the car the Father waited in the car and the uncles began to beat the girl. The brother intervened and they have had to go into hiding.

Again, it was very compelling, I am wondering if anyone remembers this also?

It was a fairy tale or medieval setting and he's making the 2 ladies wash plates in a competition to see which he wants to marry. One of them (the villain) uses her diamond ring to score the plates of her rival so that they snap and break while she is handling them.

Any ideas?

I remember it being a 70's or 80's "Creature Feature" style horror movie about spiders taking over the world.

I can just remember the final scene where the survivors come out of the house and the whole world is covered with big hairy spiders. (A little like the end of "The Birds").

I am trying to find the title of a Documentary about Islam which I happened to catch on TV about 3 or 4 years back.

Most of it was set in Denmark or the Netherlands exploring the lives of young people who were 'raised' Dutch and then found conflicts when confronted by their parents in their teenage years.

It was quite confronting and powerful.

It has a scene in which a guy is using a skipping rope working out and listening to his ipod. He's listening to a power song and trying to impress a girl standing in front of him. But since she can't heart the music he just looks sweaty and stupid....

I've shared printers before using Windows XP and found it much simpler than Vista.

I have my printer connected to my desktop computer which is on the same wireless network and same windows workgroup as my notebook. I have shared the printer on the desktop but was unable to connect to it from my notebook until I setup a second user account with a password.

Now whenever I want to print anything I have to 'connect' to my desktop via 'my network places' using my username and password and only then can I access the shared printer.

I never had to do this with XP and I frankly find it a bit of a pain in the butt! If I don't use the user account with the password I can't connect at all to the pc and subsequently the printer.

Any ideas?

Was he referring to Beyonce's nominated film clip "Single Ladies"? Cause I just watched it on YouTube and thought it looked like 3 slightly out of time girls dancing in black and white. The song is nothing special, just a dance-floor track really, and there's nothing remarkable about the film clip that I can see...

Am I missing something???

Now, I'm not a Taylor Swift fan at all, but I have to say, her filmclip is pretty good, it tells a story & the production values are excellent.

I still can't see why Beyonce's clip would have even been nominated in the first place....

Is this as remarkable as it sounds?

It also poses the question, what exactly constitutes an engine failure? Obviously all engines need parts replaced over a period of time, I assume that V-Tec engines are no different in this regard.

People are twittering this all over and I've got no idea!

I've always wondered, since there is no atmosphere to filter the sunlight out, if an astronaut was to get sunlight direct on their face, through their helmet, would it burn them badly? I've noticed NASA astronauts have an opaque reflective visor which slides down over their helmet faceplate. Is this just a comfort factor (like sunglasses) or is it to protect them from dying?

I'm Male, 32 and I'm overweight. (170cm, 96kgs - which puts me over the obese line).

My diet isn't bad at all. I don't eat much junk food. I don't eat alot of sugar. (maybe a teaspoon a day total in coffee). If I drink soda I drink diet soda and rarely eat sweets.

On a normal day I would have: A protein shake or a small bowl of sugarless cereal for breakfast. (there's sugar in the protein shake but carbs in the cereal so go figure). For lunch tuna salad sandwich on wholegrain bread, no mayo or butter or cheese etc. For dinner I normally have meat and veg and avoid carbs and dessert.

I began running every day and kept it up for over a month with no improvement. I ran 2-3 times a week for another month with no improvement. I became so disheartened that I've all but stopped now. My exercise routine was: 5-min warm up walk, 20-min brisk jog (approx 4kms total) then situps, pushups & skipping. 3-reps about a minute each.

How can I change my metabolism?
