if you wear colored lipsticks that arent nude colors in high school do people take it as"trying to hard?"

Okay so i collect makeup and i love it and wear it all the time but i can never seem to find the PERFECT makeup that i will wear everyday for me.. im blonde hair blue eyes...i would like the exact makeup brands colors and suggestions if you can! dont just say "bronze and brown eyeshadows" because thats obviously not that helpful. Also i wear concealer, eyeshadow, eyeliner, mascara, highlighter and eyebrow filler if that helps! thanks so much!

I am between two cases, either the otterbox commuter case or otterbox reflex case. They both cost $35, but i dont understand the reflex case is 1 star rating and the commuter is a 5 star rating. they look the same though. i would want the reflex case because i like the pink/black but i would buy the commuter case because it may protect my blackberry better.. please answer easy 10pts(commuter or reflex)!
