  • Having constant Lower back Pain?

I've had lower back pain for a little over 2 months and recently (past 2 weeks) it has become worse. It hurts from when I wake up to when I go to bed. It hurts when I sit down anywhere and it hurts when I bend down. I do a lot of physical activity and even if I attempt to do anything back related (dead lift or bending) it hurts almost excruciatingly. I stretch it regularly, but have done nothing else to treat it. I try to avoid using my lower back in as many ways as possible, but it has not helped any. My question is if I should see a medical physician, or if I can do something else to fix it?

  • Will non issued boots pass inspection at Air Assault School?

I'm going to AAS this summer and just bought a pair of Rocky C4 trainer's, I want to know if I can wear them to AAS? I heard they are really picky with boots, but some other people told me any authorized boot is fine if it's 8" and has a good sole. Also if you want to throw in any tips for AAS I would greatly appreciate it!

  • solve a system of linear equations?

    Find all solutions for:

    x+3y+z=0

    x-2y+3z=0

I know (0,0,0) is a solution and I think it's the only solution but I just want to make sure. Thanks!

  • Football Body Workout?

I'm new to a gym and am trying to find a workout routine that I will see good results from. I'm already physically fit and have been doing P90X for almost half a year (awesome program), but now I have access to a gym so I would like to use that instead. I want to do crossfit, but there is no rowing machines, and a few other things so that's out the question. I was looking into this workout and was wondering if its looks legitimate? Do you think I can see good results from it? Is Men's Fitness a reputable source for things like this? Here is the link.....

  • Toro vs. Honda???????????

I recently returned a john deere walk behind, and I am going to buy a new mower tomorrow. I was wondering from personal experience which brand is better or if they both make high quality mowers. I will most likely be running about 10-15 hours per month during the season. (I cut a few peoples lawns around my neighborhood)

My price range would probably be between 400 to 500. 600 is pushing it so I would like to stay away from there

  • Help with my Ryobi weedeater?

The problem is that the screw where you tighten down the attachments (edger, ect) has been stripped. Ryobi doesn't sell the part so I was wondering what would be a good way to replace the screw? Should I cut the end of the screw off to take it out then buy another one at Lowes?
