Okay so I’ve never been sexually abused before and right now I identify as asexual but I’m beginning to think it’s more than that? I’ve always had fantasies about having a boyfriend but the thought of them wanting sex makes them seem unattractive. Like I’m disgusted by lust or something? If my friend were to tell me that she had amazing sex with her boyfriend and that they love each other so much I’d be so confused. Like in my mind lust is in one box and love is in another and I can’t make them be in the same box. And I know that sex repulsed asexuals exist but it’s more than that like I just cannot understand how sex = love in any way. Which makes me not want to have sex with anyone even if I like the guy romantically. I’ve thought this way my entire life when I was fourteen I had told myself it didn’t matter and that I’d understand and want sex when I’m older but I still don’t understand even though I’m seventeen and I feel so broken and weird. And no I’m very sure I’m not secretly gay. I’m so frustrated. I have a friend who’s asexual and she says that she has sex with her boyfriend to make him happy and I just can’t imagine feeling even remotely comfortable AT ALL having sex with a guy. Especially if I know him really well it’d just be so awkward and weird. 

I have a best friend of six years let’s call her C. I have an acquaintance  whom I’ve known for a while let’s call her L. And I have a phone friend who I text a lot let’s call him B. So the other day L was telling B that I “was.t” mentally okay, that I was weird and annoying and a bad person and that he shouldn’t text me anymore. B texts me and tells me what she said to him. So I go ahead and tell C about it. She flat out says “well she’s kind of right”. And then I’m completely shocked because C is supposed to be my best friend of six years. I ask her why and she says she doesn’t have to answer to me which made no sense. I told her that if she’s not going to defend me she probably only cares about things if they involve her. She says “I’m done with your attitude” and then apparently she went to L as they’re friends but not as good friends as me and C are. So she goes to the girl who trash takes me herself and cries to her over the phone about how mean I was to her and then L gets mad and barrages me with hostile texts saying things like “you don’t deserve any friends if you can’t treat them right” and “no one ******* cares how you feel” and “yeah you know how to fake a tear”. I sent screenshots to C and told her it was unacceptable behavior of what L was doing. C just said “well whatever I mean she’s just trying to defend me from you”. Which made NO SENSE. I ended up apologizing to C saying “sorry I caused drama” and C acted like the victim and didn’t apologize on her part.

The sides of my hair are 2b/2c and are a mix of s shaped waves and loose curls but there’s this very large section in the back where my hair is a lot more straight and the wave pattern is very uneven and it just looks bad because only the sides of my hair are curly and actually have an even wave pattern. Should I get a spot perm on the section of my hair that isn’t as wavy?

Alright so I was convinced to get a perm on my naturally curly hair by this stylist at the salon I go to. Well I went through with it (yes I know I’m an idiot) and it ruined my hair. I washed it right afterwards when I got home but it still affected my curls and now I have to scrunch my hair after I wash it to get the waves to be even and I only have real curls at the front of my head. My hair is also a lot less thick. I regret the perm so much and really want my hair to get back to normal. It’s very hard to make it look good now. It’s been about five months sense I got the perm and my hair still hasn’t gone back to normal. 

I’m considering letting my hair grow out for the rest of high school and then just get a (better) perm right before I go off to college. But is there anything I can do to make my hair go back to the way it was before? Should I try opalex? 

My friends all say I have big doe eyes. Are those attractive? My brother says it means I look nieve.

Every time I sit down my cat will come over and curl up on my lap and meows angrily when I get up.

So I just got the HOV shot and for some reas im kind of feeling almost like I’m high and out of it. My vision is a little blurry and I can’t really make my eyes concentrate. Also it feels like I’m half councious. Like I only really realize that I said something fifteen seconds after I’ve said it. I was texting my friend a couple minutes ago just being goofy and he said it seemed like I was on something. I mean I didn’t sleep at last night so maybe that combined with the vaccine did something?

I’m thinking about getting it for my house to help my adult cat get along with our new kitten.

I have one other cat and have taken care of a kitten in the past and they’ve never behaved like this. My new female kitten will chew and naw on everything she finds. My lamp, my phone, blankets, my fingers, my elbows and knees. How do I stop this? Do they make chew toys for kittens?

Alright so I have a six year old male cat named Chester (and yes he’s neutered lol). And a couple months ago I brought home a male kitten who Chester did not like one bit. He’d hiss at him constantly even after I had them separated for a few days so I had to return the male kitten. I recently got a female kitten named Storm. She’s a female and a lot smaller than the male kitten was. Would Chester get along better with her? He hasn’t hissed at her under the door at all, which I consider a huge improvement with how he behaved with the male kitten so that’s good but I’m still worried he won’t like her when they meet face to face.

Do male cats get along better with females? Is there anything I should know about introducing them? 

I’ve wanted to be an actress as long as I could remember. My mom said when I was four I was telling her every day that I wanted to act. When I was six years old my family made a short film while camping just for fun and it was the first time I actually acted. I don’t know how to explain it it was just this energy and I felt so fulfilled like it was what I was meant to do. 

Unfortunately we moved from Los Angeles to Portland and I wasn’t able to take classes until the eighth grade. I was going to be in a showcase and play a lead role in a short film that summer but I overheard my family talking about how such a fool I was to want to pursue acting so I was an idiot and flaked on the short film and showcase. So here I am two years later (10th grade) and I still want to be an actress so I decided to go back into it and start auditioning again. I’m going to Stagedoor Manor this summer and am looking into the drama program at Tisch but I’m still skeptical like even if you’re really good at acting and everything it’s hard to break into the acting industry without an agent. I’ve been told a lot that I’m good and was accepted into many of the adult classes at the studio I went to. I have a 3.9 gpa so maybe I’d get in to Tisch just maybe but my worst fear is that even if I get a bunch of lead roles on plays or am good that doesn’t really mean anything. I’m worried I’d just try to make it in the acting biz but then just end up in New York wandering around homeless on the streets. 

My high school says only three years are required to graduate. And I’d love to replace my math class senior year with a few more art and theater electives. But I heard high level colleges like four years of math instead of three (I’m wanting to get into Tisch school of arts).

I’m planning on pursuing either art/animation or drama/acting in college and want to go to Tisch New York school of arts. Should I take a fourth year of math? My high school says only three years are required for graduation. 

We’ve been best friends for years and we’re both girls. Our whole friend group is artsy and does art. She’s always complimenting their art and saying how bad her own art is. When I show her my drawings she either ignores me, gives a little nod, or says “hehe cool” in a half hearted way. But she’s always gushing over everyone else’s art.

And yeah you’d think it’s because my art is really bad but I get compliments on it all the time and my art teacher told me to go into IB art and join NAHS. Why is my best friend like this?? And today at our art club she asked to see everyone’s drawings except mine and she acted like I didn’t exist

Doesn’t in the Quran it says for a husband to beat his wife? 

Okay so I’m a girl to and this doesn’t have anything to do with crushes or something like that. But basically there’s this girl and she’s friends with an aqaintance of mine and in History class she sits near me and I swear she looks over at me ALL the time. And then when I catch her she looks away really quickly and acts nervous and stuff. And she’s also always looking at me and then furiously typing on her phone texting someone. And sometimes she laughs a little and acts like it’s funny or something. She also glares at me and my best friend all the time. There were a couple rumors going on about me last year but it was only spread to a select number of people by this guy and I’m pretty sure she’s not friends with him.
