We have been together for 3 years. About 6 months ago I found a bunch of nude pics from all these random girls on his phone. When I confronted him he said they were from random girls from chatting websites and he was just bored and it wouldn't happen again. Yesterday, we signed a lease to move in together. I decided I would check his phone one last time. This time I didn't find nudes, but I did find a LOT of "deleted" conversations on his Yahoo! mail. Some just asking girls for nudes, offering to trade pics, while one girl even asked if he had a girlfriend. He said yea, then proceeded to say "we can keep this on the side though" and I guess she is from around where we live. I confronted him and he apologized and said it wouldn't happen again, talked about how stupid he felt, and gave me the passwords to both his emails. To my surprise, everything in both e-mail accounts are deleted. I just want to know WHY he is doing this! and if he will ever stop..

he comes knocking on my door, every now and again

he looks so harmless and innocent, he says he needs a friend

i let him in reluctantly, but he doesnt seem to mind

everytime he visits, we have one hell of a time

his intentions are nothing but good he says

and i believe his lies

a few days later, i come down from my high

he is no where to be found but he's left his mess behind

i start picking up the pieces of my life off the ground

my dignity and my sanity, among the things that arent found

I'm 5'4'' and I weighed 160 lbs in August of 2011 (7months ago)

I stopped eating so much fried food and stopped drinking soda because of heartburn.. that's literally the only thing I changed about my diet.. and I barely exercise...

I noticed I was losing weight and i attributed it to the recent diet change

By Thanksgiving I was weighing in at 145 and I wanted to keep that constant

I got sick around New Year's and when I went to the doctors I had dropped 8 lbs, a total of 23 lbs in 4 months

Today is March 5 , which means its been about 2 months since my weight was recorded at 137 lbs

I weighed myself this morning and I was 120.8 , another 16 lbs...

If anyone knows what could cause this, and maybe give other symptoms that could be associated with it so I can compare itd help me a lot . Thanks

I've always weighed about 135-140.

Gradually gained weight until July 2011; I had reached 157, so I resolved to lost about 20 lbs.

By Thanksgiving I was down to 140

End of December, went to the doctors and the recorded my weight at 137

Today, I'm at 122 lbs (That's down 15lbs in less than 4 weeks, whereas it took me 12 weeks to lose the first 17 lbs.)

My weight is literally the number one thing thats on my mind ALWAYS

All I think about is how fat or skinny I look, I'm constantly grabbing at my ***, thighs, stomach, arms, and double chin throughout the day.

I really do think I might have something wrong with me... everyone keeps telling me I'm getting too small and losing too much weight, but I dont see it... I only see it as I could always be skinnier

My eating habits are terrible.

I can go 2 days without eating or drinking anything but water.

Then a full day of full out binge eating. Literally eating everything in sight

I have not made myself throw up or anything though I have taken laxatives after I eat because I feel so guilty about eating so much. Usually I just make up for it by not eating the next day.

I don't like being like this but no matter what anyone says I can't change my mind.

Can someone pleaseeee just let me know if they've heard of this before. Im beginning to think I may have to go talk to someone about this.

So far, I've been diagnosed with the following disorders:

Bipolar

ADD

Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD)

Generalized Anxiety

Bulimia

Alopecia due to stress

Body Dysmorphic Disorder (BDD)

Is that even possible?

I've never really sat down and thought about the fact that I have all these disorders, and today when I thought about it, I just had to ask if anyone knows someone like this

by anti navel i mean the bottom of your belly button as opposed to the top..

I just want like a little tiny gauge in each ear. theyre both already pierced and have been for as long as i can remember. I dont know if the size im envisioning is small enough to just go for it or if i should gradually do it.. i dont even know what size i really want.. i just want it to be smalll.. any help?

The lower left side of my stomach is swollen and very tender to the touch. It feels really hard, not squishy like normal. The right side is just a little swollen but hasnt really caused me any pain. I really noticed it last night when I was trying to sleep. I usually sleep on my stomach and I couldnt because the pressure was too much :( I've been urinating very frequently, and I've also been very tired / cranky / emotional. This all came about around Wednesday of last week. I'm due to get my period around Monday so maybe it could be that? It's just I've never felt anything like this before. I just wanted some opinions as to what this could be before I make a big deal out of it and go to the doctors.

I need to know how big of a chance there is that I'm pregnant and what I should do about it.

Here's all the information you need.

* Finished my last pack of birth control around the end of October. (Once that pack was finished, I kept forgetting to go get the new one)

* Got my period right after the pack was done, obviously.. it was some time around the week of the 24th

* Had unprotected sex on November 25. No judgment.. without me knowing, he came inside me

* Got my period on November 29, it lasted until December 3, not an uncommon period length for me

I have a lot of weird symptoms of early pregnancy, which could also be due to the fact that I stopped taking the pill

How big are my chances?

When should I take a test?

Should I just wait until I get my period next week to start worrying?

I don't know any of the terminology or anything, but I will do my best to give all the information needed.

Got my period on 11/28 , nothing unusual that I can think of besides the fact that when I was in the shower a blood clot came out along with a HUGE piece of tissue.. (about 3 inches by 2 inches)

I've just been very moody the past few weeks and everyone is noticing how over sensitive I've been. I blamed it on PMSing or post PMSing.

I have been peeing a LOT MORE than usual. (e.g. In a 7 hour work shift, I usually don't go to the bathroom at all, sometimes I'll go once and RARELY I'll go twice. The past week I've gone about 10 or 11 times during each shift)

Cramps in my lower abdomen. Not quite like period cramps, but closer to those than any other cramps I've ever felt before.

Today I noticed my lower stomach , (below my bellybutton) which is usually flat, is very swollen and it's not like squishy, it's kind of hard.

I have always had a really weak stomach and I have acid reflux problems so I always vomit randomly, that hasn't changed.

I need to lose 20-30 lbs in the next 12-13 weeks

I'm starting my diet today (any recipes APPRECIATED :) )

I just want some routine in my workouts.. Don't wanna do the same thing every day

I'm going to the gym 3-4x a week.. I work a lot so I don't have that much time to go

Just bought zumba dvds to do a few times a week

Also, I already have been doing Bikram Yoga for a month or so

Now I just purchased Element: Pilates Weight Loss for Beginners..

For the experts out there: Is my goal possible? Considering I am a full time college student and work 30-40 hours a week. I figure if I switch up my routine every week I will never get bored.

I really do need recipes though lol.. I don't know anything about food.. I might end up eating salad every day for every meal (no sir lol).

I just ordered Zumba Fitness Total Body Transformation System and I'm wondering, will it really work. I'm reading some really good reviews online, but not sure if they're reliable.

I'm 5'4'' about 150 lbs and I'm looking to lose between 20 and 30 lbs in the next 12 weeks. If I go to the gym about 3x a week (1.5 hours each day -- 45 mins cardio, 45 mins focusing on various parts of my body) and stick to my diet plan as well as do this Zumba as "prescribed", will I be able to lose the weight?

Also.. I've always eaten very unhealthy.. I need ideas for things which aren't that expensive for recipes for meals.. I'm very uncreative and can't think of anything and I don't want to end up eating the same boring salad every day. Any suggestions would be great!

my body type would be referred to as a TRIANGLE or PEAR shape. I have small boobs and small shoulders. I have a well defined waist but very curvy hips, butt, and thighs.. i'm only 5'4 , i weigh like 135. i'm more on the thick side than skinny..i have tan skin and brown hair that is shoulder length.. let me know what u think of that . lol
