NOTE: wealthy does not mean RICH. wealthy is, a nice home nothing fancy. a small fortune, working on a vehicle, because a vehicle is one of the highest priorities to own in america. ummm, a basic college education. this is WEALTH. meaning, having a base foundation and not living in poverty.

RICH is like.. lawyer, nice @ss house, 2 cars, a garden or swimming pool, a happy surrounding, always nice clothes, buying their kids $50 dollar toys. a parent buying their kid a ps3 and/or an ipod AND a nice cell phone.

so what can the U.S. government do, to help people who are stuck in poverty, leave it and obtain a BASE wealth foundation, one sturdy enough as to where they can grow and obtain more wealth so they're eventually putting in instead of asking for assistance and taking out?

like slowly build a foundation so when im out ive got a decent apartment/rented house and a job?
