The law says anything is legal to own but switchblades witch have to be under 3", and i know carrying a deadly weapon (including knives) concealed is illegal, but is carrying it open legal? i.e. would carrying a sword on my hip be legal?

i keep hearing about this certification you can get for different kinds of weapons showing that you are skilled with them. its called marksman certification or something. i cant remember the name. does anyone know what its called and where i can get it?

Im a DJ and am thinking about posting some of my stuff on youtube. However, i haven't sold my stuff in the past due to the issue of royalty fees. If i post my stuff on youtube and monetize it, can i still get in trouble with the label?

Im mixing together two songs, recording it and selling the product. i mixed the two songs together thoroughly in essence creating new content. do i still need to pay the creators of the original songs royally? and if so, how do i get in contact with them to do so?

so i carry two push daggers on my belt for self defense but I've never had to use them and ive been thinking. If i ever HAD to use them, to defend myself or someone i love, i wouldn't want the person that im stabbing to die. so is there somewhere can i can aim for that will incapacitate them, but not kill them?
