So between John, Luke, Matthew and Mark, what are the major differences from them?

The previous few weeks my speech anxiety has gotten a lot worse. My heart pounds hard sometimes faster, I shake all over very vigorously, I sometimes start to stutter (very rare), and I get dizzy and the room sometimes starts to spin (also very rare). This year I have to start doing more public speaking and I don't want to pass out from it. What can I do to help combat this calamity?

If String Theory is correct, and everything is made of tiny vibrating strings of energy, then does matter exist if at its base it's really just energy? Or is there something I'm missing? I'm kind of new to this Physics stuff.

Hello all, I am coming into my sophomore year and would like to know how I can prepare and stay prepared throughout the year. I will have some difficult teachers (mostly from English, History and Geometry). I do good in all of those courses generally but the teachers are extremely hard with their grading system. Also, how would one get organized and stay organized? Organization of my supplies and time is my biggest challenge so if you could just at least answer this question it'd be great. Last question would be study habits. How long should I study and do homework a night? Thanks so much in advance! I am trying to get a 3.5 GPA or above this school year. Last year I had a 3.44 so I was close.

If a Friar was to take a Vow of Silence, how would he go to confession? Would they be allowed to speak then and only then or what? I'm interested in becoming a Friar and taking the Vow of Silence.

Ok, so I literally don't know next to anything about football. Besides like the positions really...that's about it. I tried out as a dare kind of and I made it. In fact I made varsity. I'm currently a freshman but next year when the season starts I'll be a sophomore. I got the training schedule today and I know my number. I'm 32 btw, I don't know my position yet however. I've been told that I more than likely will be a Wide Receiver or Defensive End. So please help? Anything to help with anything..

When I meditate I see a white square and it just like sits there. Like, when you stare at a light and close your eyes it stays there for a while? mines like that except it's white and it's only there when I meditate. I've been told it's the 7th Chakra or The Crown. I don't really know what this means so could someone explain? Also sometimes the top left corner of the rectangle is cut off. I also get a buzz like one would get from tobacco or nicotine. But what does the 7th Chakra mean and why do I see the while rectangle only when i meditate?

My friend has extreme depression and anxiety. She had a boyfriend a while back but she started getting crazy attached to me...I didn't know she had a boyfriend and well me and her kissed. She has been my friend for over 2 years now and I have been crushing on her for about a month. I have talked her out of suicide 4-5 times. I've talked a few of my other friends out of it a few times as well but that's not the point. I like to think I can help people with their problems; I also like to think I'm rather splendid at it. But there's a problem, about a month back she had to go to one of those Suicide Watch hospital things...She went for 2 weeks. Just today she had to go back because she told the doctor all she thought about yesterday was plans to kill herself. (I also was able to talk her out of doing it). She says she feels alone and that I'm her only true friend. But it took me a lot more effort yesterday to talk her out of it. I feel like I'm losing my touch if I might say. So what I plan on doing while she's gone for another 2 weeks or more is to make a book for her to read which will include ways for her to over come her depression and anxiety. Most of these ides of course won't be mind and I have signed up for a shrink just so I can have the shrinks help in making the book. I might even attempt to contact suicide prevention places to get their input as well. She means a lot to me so that's why I'm doing it. I plan on giving her this book along with a stuffed animal and maybe some flowers once she gets out. I won't be able to see her for at least 2 weeks, maybe even more. I had a friend who went to the suicide prevention hospital for 5 and a half months, I'm hoping my friend can be out way sooner though. I miss her terribly even though she has only been gone for a day. Is there anything else I can do? btw, the purpose of the book is for her to read it (duh) when she can't contact me. I have been doing basketball so I am unavailable to her for at least 3 hours on practice days. While I'm there my performance lacks a lot because I constantly worried if she's alive or if she took her life. She also said she's starting to hear voices and think it's her medicine. I do not know her anti-depressants but she is on two types of anti depressants, and she's on xanax but just got a stronger medication a week or two ago. I'm really worried it might be schizophrenia but I have yet been able to match any of her symptoms to it excluding hearing voices. She refuses to tell me what they say also besides to harm herself and they don't stop until she does it. She will harm herself in any way necessary. I had to take a safety pin away from her yesterday because when I looked at her finger tips they were poked with holes from it. I had her trim her nails a while back because she will use her own nails to cut herself if she needs to. At lunch I watch her eat because once I caught her sneaking a knife to cut herself with. Yes I know she might sound crazy, but I'm trying to help. I've been there from the beginning with her and I want to stay there. I have had my times of wanting to walk out on her but that would do her very bad plus I'd feel horrible abandoning her when she needs me. I'm glad she is in the hospital right now because I can rest easier now that she's being watched almost 24/7 but I still miss her. So, am I doing the right thing? I think and I feel like I am. Also, any tips on what else I can do? Thank you in advance.

What can I put cigarettes in? As in to hold in. I roll my own and would like to know what I can place at least 10 or more inside of so I can carry around.

no i didn't run away and no i'm not considering it. with that out of the way, my friend goes to a school where she wants to get kicked out. it's a private school and if she gets arrested then he gets kicked out. i already know the first time you get taken back home, 2nd time you talk to some people, and 3rd time you get arrested. however, don't you have to wait 24 hours to file a report? and if that's true, what if she runs away and returns the next day, but runs away again...and does that over and over again. it's stupid i know that's what i said but she asked me and i honestly have no answer..

hey i'm 15 and my girlfriend want to give me a hand job....she originally wanted to have sex but i really would prefer to wait till marriage on that one...so she stooped down to a hand job...the thing is i take a while (at least when i masturbate). i take like 30 minutes...but i was told it's just because i'm used to myself...idk...if it helps any i'm 15, 6 foot 1 and i weigh 135ilbs.

I know it's possible but I wanted a challenge....me and 5 friends wanted to see how long I could stay up without going to sleep. a lot of them said between 30-48 hours. I said I could do 60. They said if I make it then they'd each pay me 20 dollars. 100 dollars? sure! I'm at 49 Hours right no and it's killing me. I have tons of energy drinks, coffee, 5 hour energy, and sodas but my eye lids are so heavy and the bags under my eyes are basically purple....I only need 11 more hours and once it's later in the day say past 12 noon EST i should be good on my own...but I don't think Coffee will cute it...how do I survive those 11 hours? Any tips? things are kind of moving....like imagine a tobacco buzz? that's what it's like....i'm really confused and my muscles are tired and i barely did anything....they're helping me by splashing cold water on me and everything so I know they want me to win...but I can feel the caffeine not really helping at all...even the slapping and cold water isn't taking the place of sleep...any tips?

Okay, I know it's possible to have your lap top screen show up on your TV; However, is it possible to have a TV screen show up on your computer? I want to start recording some video game play and just wanted to know if it's possible that way...I have the program to record what you do on your computer screen but I wanna know if I can hook up my TV to my lap top...I'd prefer not to spend money on a PVR or anything like that..

If Sally goes to Officer Bob, stating that Jake made a fake account of Sally's son Harold...also stating that Jake said on this fake account that Jake would blame Harold for doing bad things to people houses and also slandering about Harold saying he was gay...and all this was not really Jake, but really maybe someone hacked onto Jake's Internet/using Jake's IP address...and it turned out to be Joe who did all of this stuff: only Jake did have access to this fake account but never said or did any of the above stated by Sally....Would this be a false report on Jake, since it turned out to not be true.

Basically Boy A is accused of saying bad things to Boy C, Mom A gets mad, tells Officers it is Boy A saying these bad things with her only evidence of a hacked onto Internet/IP address...and in the end it turns out to be Boy B, not Boy A....would this be a false report..?

If someone hacks onto your wireless Internet, are they using your IP address? Like if someone hacked onto your Internet server, and go make a fake Facebook account: and someone tracks it...will it come up to your IP address since they were hacked onto yours?

I have these vitamins called "Mega Men D-3". you're supposed to take 2 with your breakfast, and 2 with your dinner: if you decide to take them. What would happen if you took 3, or even 4 at each breakfast or dinner? I'm not considering it so don't worry about that. I just really like these things because i usually do 40-60 push ups and i'm kind of achey in the arms after doing them: but i started using these things and i felt so great. i feel so healthy and alive when i took 2. it's awesome.

okay, i haven't had any sodas or energy drinks (what i gave up for lent) for 39 days. so, at 12am lets say, or just tomorrow, could i have what i gave up, or do i wait till Easter? I get a low of mixed answers, (i'm Catholic btw).
