I have insomnia and am so exhausted I can't sleep, regardless of how hard I try. In fact, trying to sleep makes it even worse.

I will be traveling to Egypt and having diner in an Egyptian home. I understand it is customary to give a small gift to the host family, maybe something from your own country. What is an appropriate gift to give? I'm from the US.

Historic bill is said to extend health care to 30 mil. Do you now have health care? Do you know someone who doesn't?
