Like a lot of folks out there, seems it's time for the company insurance 'sign-up' time again. Surprise! Costs out of pocket are going up! My insurance 'contribution' will go up an additional $140 / month on Jan 1 making it $286 monthly. How's yours doing? My company's monthly tab on their side of this deal is now up to $915 monthly to cover only me and the wife. Any idea what where you work insurance contribution for you working there costs them?

Do you libs out there now have a clue how 0bamacare is costing jobs? My company's expense to cover their contribution to my 'mandatory' "free healthcare" is an additional 25% of my salary. That means, for you economically challenged libs, that for every 4 people (with my exact insurance needs) the company is paying out the cost of one more persons annual salary to cover their side of us 4 working there.

Do they not know that there's 3 things you have to overcome for that to work?

1) There's not near as much space as you think in an aircraft wheel well, looking at it on the ground you think there's space for a small car. But in flight, all that space is 95% used up by wheel and support assembly, so you can get squashed nicely when the unit folds up into the hole.

2) It gets Really Cold at 40,000 feet, so dress like you're going to the south pole.

3) Bring 12 hours of oxygen with you, because the air is Really Thin at cruising altitude.
