Health care law's massive, hidden tax change?
Well, as Pelosi quipped, you passed the bill now read it and weep, fools. Guess what, libs? Your 'free health care' is going to b***** slap you in 2012 (when the socialist in Chief is defeated).
Section 9006 of the health care bill -- just a few lines buried in the 2,409-page document -- mandates that beginning in 2012 all companies will have to issue 1099 tax forms not just to contract workers but to any individual or corporation from which they buy more than $600 in goods or services in a tax year. http://money.cnn.com/2010/05/05/smallbusiness/1099...
The stealth change radically alters the nature of 1099s and means businesses will have to issue millions of new tax documents each year.

Any one who is surprised wasn't paying attention or is a communist at heart.
The right and some republicans were warning us and the media covered up the Obama lies again. It is like they all think they are royalty and not servants to the people.
Their arrogance to me is overwhelming.
If "We the People" don't vote out everyone who voted for this bill it will soon be "We the Comrades"
The shovel ready jobs must be the burial of the constitution and the Bill of Rights.

No not really. Pay attention to it a bit more. The tax info was in there to start. It is not a republican law or bill, so there is no fine print to hurt the middle and lower classes not previously mentioned.
There are many countries that have a similar system. Every one of them have better health care than the US. It is because it is available to everyone, not just a few that can afford the absolute best care.
But it costs money. In these other countries the tax is higher to pay for it. The info is out there. But did you bother to go and look it up?

Section 9006 has to do with business complying with the tax law to report their income.
Voluntary information reporting improves tax compliance without raising taxes on small businesses, which is why Presidents Bush and Obama both proposed similar policies to this one.
The information will give the IRS new ammo against businesses that under-report their income or overstate their expenses. If the IRS wants to audit that business, it can roughly calculate its income by analyzing reported payments to that business and its expenses by the payments the business reported

Like obama lying is a surprise anymore.
This is just the start. Wait until they let the Bush tax cuts expire (all the taxes we do not pay) will soon be paid.
