Yahoo disabled their incoming email alert a while back. Anyone know of one that works? I hate to keep checking for new mail every few minutes.

My old TV requires a converter box, I have an Access HD DTA1010. I went to their website for assistance, ALL phone numbers are phony or non-working except the FCC number. Now I'm getting multiple "no-reply" responses from them with the same non-working numbers and websites.

Anybody else dealt with them?

Either by email or a phone number. Yahoo "Help" is no help.

I want to COMPLAIN about how they try to shove Facebook down my throat and up my hoozis on a regular basis.

ESPECIALLY whenever they post an article on Yahoo News about their Golden Boy Oobama that might draw a negative comment from the Conservatives, they REQUIRE the use of FB to comment.

The puzzle appears but without any DOWN clues or numbers. All other puzzles seem to work fine.

Must be either Bush's fault or Yahoo should have kept one of the 1500 people they layed off to fix the damn thing.

Any news story posted by Yahoo that might draw negative comments about Obama, Yahoo switches the comments so "sign in with Facebook" is the only option. Also, NO option for thumbs-down.

Has Yahoo adopted Obama as their fair-haired-boy poster child?

As a senior citizen on a fixed income I am forced to buy only those items that I can afford, but I'm disgusted with having to purchase Chinese-made CRAP.

Wal-Mart has SOME USA-made items, I try to pick and choose. Home Depot, Ace Hardware and most others are just as bad. Saw blade for an "American" Black & Decker or Skilsaw? Forget it. Can't even find nuts, bolts or washers NOT made in China. Furniture? It'll cost you big....IF you can find it.

What are YOU doing about it?

What can I do about it?...........Getting real tired of doing WITHOUT.

Is China paying enough tarriff/duty on their junk? I doubt it.

My WLA takes an H-2 battery but it doesn't fit the VL. What's the designation for the correct battery?

Who sells them on-line, if anyone?

NOT interested in a sealed gel cell.

Maybe it's just me but when I try to comment on Yahoo news articles, they now have a different format requiring the use of facebook, hotmail, aol, etc. It won't accept anything I try to use. Haven't tried facebook, don't like it, won't use it and totally resent them trying to shove it up my yazz.

Anyone else have the same problem?

So far today I've had this aggravating response several times when ATTEMPTING to do different functions on Yahoo Classic Mail. The battle has gone on for four days with no relief in sight. Yahoo gives some suggestions that actually work....but the same problem returns again, minutes later. After the first one, they just send me the same computer generated message over and over. This is what appears when I attempt to go from a sent message to my inbox or other functions:

"Sorry for the inconvenience.

We're sorry, but Yahoo! Mail has encountered a temporary error. You can try back again shortly, or visit our Help pages for ways you might be able to fix the issue yourself (Temporary Error 16).

"Free" anything makes me skeptical.

Y!A CONTINUES to breach my security after several emails to them including security@yahoo-inc.com.

All I get from them are rediculous non-answers for links to reset my password, etc.

It is NOT a password problem, it's a YAHOO PROBLEM.

Does anyone know where to complain to an actual person and get a responsible response?

Anyone know if the TSA has actually found anything dangerous and prevented it from being on an airplane? I'm not talking the little bottles of shampoo and other piddling no-nos that most people get taken away from them.

Or are they just confined to groping old ladies, children and folks in wheelchairs?
